I strive to provide the same care your pet would get at home. As a small dog owner I struggled to find a good sitter for my Shih Tzu, so I want to be that one person you can trust with your pet. I never book multiple families at the same time, so your pet will have all of my attention and care. I have a large house and a few acres of land to run around and have fun. We do not have any other pets right now, but we do have 2 small children who are gentle and great with animals.

A typical day

My beloved shih tzu passed recently after long and adventurous 14 years. I've had him since he was 8 weeks old, so I’m very well familiar with puppy stage as well as senior years. I was very attached to my doggie and know a lot about small breed needs and temperament. I’m also available to care for medium size dogs on case by case basis. Our Yorkie loved staying with Stella- I was afraid she wouldn’t want to come home! I felt so comfortable leaving her in responsible, caring hands. The daily pictures w/ updates were fun and appreciated!! Despite a finicky appetite, daily meds and very “stuck in her way” habits our dog thrived. Before we never left home b/c of the dog… now thanks to Stella we have a world of opportunities! 💕
