Before acquiring my own dog, I have done many dog sitting work for friends, family and colleagues. Why? Because I love animals and although I didn't have my own dog yet, I enjoyed doing this to be surrounded by the love of dogs. I often dog sit as favours to friends. Since getting my own dog now, I have had extensive training with many different dog trainers and organizations, including Dogs In the Park, McCann Dog Training, and with Jason Shute Balanced Training. I wanted to make sure that my dog was given the best training possible. Having taken classes with all of these wonderful establishments, I have since learned a variety of new skills and techniques in order to have a well-behaved dog both on and off leash. I have recently enlisted the help of my sister, Cathy, who also loves dogs and cats! She just lives a few blocks away and is able to be a great backup and reliable helper. Like me, Cathy is retired and enjoys spoiling fur babies whenever given the opportunity. As a team, your dogs and cats will be given utmost care and attention.
