Hi! My name is Jasenea. ☺️ You may notice that my Rover profile lists me as Steffany. Rover currently does not allow me to display my preferred name, but I have gone by Jasenea for the past 7 years and would greatly appreciate being called Jasenea. I’m a full time college student and longtime animal lover with 10 years of independent experience with pet sitting and house sitting. Over the years, I’ve cared for a variety of dogs and cats, including Pugs, Dobermans, Terriers, Border Collies, Lhasa Apsos, Maine Coons, and more. I genuinely love spending time with animals and getting to know each of their individual personalities, routines, and quirks. I also have a little guy of my own named Milo, a Lhasa Apso who has made animals an even bigger part of my everyday life. Because I have Milo at home, I’m especially mindful about creating a comfortable, safe environment for every dog I care for. I live in a condo with plenty of walking space nearby for dogs to get outside, explore, and enjoy plenty of potty breaks. I’m currently most available for doggy daycare and dog walking, with occasional overnight boarding depending on my schedule. For daycare and overnight stays in my home, I currently accept dogs who are 20 lbs or less. Dogs staying overnight must be comfortable sleeping in their crate at night. This helps me maintain a safe and structured environment for Milo and any pups staying with us. Since I’m back in school full time pursuing film and acting, pet care fits naturally into my life. It gives me the opportunity to spend time with animals while having the flexibility to focus on school and continue building toward my creative career. I take the responsibility of caring for someone else’s pet seriously and always aim to provide a professional, dependable, and loving experience for both pets and their people. Steffany had watched my dog and cat several weekends. She is great about letting me know how they are doing and prompt in her replies to any questions. When I come home the kids are in good spirits, so I know she’s taking excellent care of them. I’m happy to recommend her.
Seeing Steffany house and pet sit for people inspired me to get involved and house/pet sit as well. Her love, compassion, and enjoyment with each new pet or house she would stay out was motivational. She cared for each pet like they were her own and made sure the house was in pristine condition. She really goes above and beyond for each pet she looks after making sure all of their needs are met and then some. With permission from the owner I was able to go to one of the houses she was pet sitting for and when I got there she told me they were just outside playing fetch in the cool fall weather for the last hour and a half. We ended up going inside so both the dog and Steffany could relax and she proceeded to lay/pet the dog as she sat by Steffany's side. The love that she has for each new dog was super inspiring to me.
Steffany is by far the best cat/house sitter we've ever had. I'm a Brit in the USA and we have different ideas of being cat owners. There are no predators where we live, so our two Maincoone mixes are indoor and outdoor cats. They both wear GPS collars, so having someone around to make sure they come home whilst we are travelling is a godsend. Steff takes time to play with them, indulge them in the silly things they like to do and she sends pictures and updates whilst I'm away, so I don't worry. The boys are definitely spoiled and she certainly does that too. She is trustworthy as a house sitter and I feel completely at ease whilst I'm away. The boys are always relaxed when I return, the house is always clean and tidy and the boys have been entertained, fed, brushed and loved. What more could you ask for. I've recommended Steff to tons of my friends and they are all happy with her services. I've been using Steff for over 2yrs and would not use anyone else. Your pets are in safe hands.
Steffany is awesome and very responsible. Our dog loves her and gets so excited when she sees her. We have had her sit for us numerous times.

Schedule
With my current school schedule, I’m available Tuesdays through Thursdays for doggy daycare, dog walking, and occasional overnight boarding. As a full time college student, my availability willnchange each semester, but I will always keep my calendar updated so you know exactly when I’m available. ☺️

I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment while respecting each pet’s individual needs. I have a friendly Lhasa Apso named Milo and always supervise interactions. Dogs are crated overnight and can be crated or safely gated in a separate area while I’m away. ☺️

A typical day
I’m flexible and happy to follow what makes you and your pet most comfortable! If you prefer that we stay in the neighborhood, we will. If they’re limited to the backyard or indoors, I can easily improvise with playtime and activities. If they love the dog park and you’re comfortable with it, we can do that too! I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s normal routine and personality. ☺️
