Over 25 years of hands-on experience taking care of domestic and wild animal life in both private and public settings. This includes feeding, medicating, exercising, and more. I have an academic background that includes basic animal training and behavior. Combined with a gentle demeanor, most dogs and cats instantly regard me as a friend and trustworthy human in their presence. I have 2 each of my own dogs and cats and a few other small animals and farmstock pets. I am very comfortable handling the tiniest of creatures as well as the biggest of gentle beasts. I am in good health and can offer long periods of exercise for all energy levels of your pets. Most importantly, I regard animals as a part of a family and will do my very best to care for yours while you are away for a few hours, a day, several, or even weeks. I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

We’ve booked with Steffanie multiple times now and always come home to happy, healthy animals. She seems to really care about them and is super flexible when things don’t go as planned. She goes above and beyond to make sure the animals get what they need and it means so much to know that our animals are well taken care of while we are gone.
This is the second time Steffanie has watched our animals and both times she was fantastic! We were gone for a week and she was super communicative and reliable the entire time. She sent thorough updates every visit and accommodated all of our requests. My animals were happy and healthy when I got home and we definitely plan to book with her again in the future.
Steffanie was fantastic! She sent plenty of pictures and kept us up to date on how our pets were doing while we were away. She is communicative, accommodating, and super nice. She even scooped poop in the yard when she didn’t have to. Definitely will have her care for our pets again!
Steffanie was more than we could have asked for. She treated our pet sitting like we were family and showed attentive care with thorough communication. Steffanie made sure our kitty was warm, happy and safe -and even alerted us of a leak in the house. She truly went above and beyond, and we would not hesitate to have her pet sit for us again!
