What sets us apart is our in-home boarding setup in a calm Raleigh home with a fully fenced backyard for safe, supervised play and potty breaks—giving your dog freedom to run and explore without risks. We prioritize daily exercise with 2-3 walks tailored to each dog’s energy level, keeping them physically and mentally happy while preventing boredom. Your pet gets one-on-one attention: We follow their routine closely (feeding, meds if needed, play, cuddles, and quiet time), and they’re never left alone for long. We are especially patient and gentle with all ages—whether it’s high-energy pups needing structure or seniors who prefer slower paces and extra comfort. Safety and love come first; We supervise everything closely, communicate updates with photos/videos, and treat every dog like my own while you’re away.

Cara and Stefan’s family were wonderful and attentive caretakers for our 5 month old puppy Daisy, a rambunctious Wheaten. We received daily photos on our weeklong trip. Daisy received plenty of attention including walks, playtime, and snuggles and had such a great time!
Suki had a great time at Stefan and Cara’s. She’s a pretty sizable 8 month old boxer puppy, and they handled her very well. It was great to receive the updates and pictures while we were on our trip, and we knew she was in good hands. We will definitely be in contact in the future! Thank you, Stefan and Cara!

Schedule
I am a teacher on track out schedule so usually home when dog boarding is needed most when other families travel and my husband works from home.

Our home features a fully fenced backyard for secure, supervised playtime and potty breaks throughout the day—dogs get plenty of fresh air and freedom to romp safely. We take dogs on regular walks ( if you allows us to and depending on their energy and needs) to keep them exercised, mentally stimulated, and happy. We follow each pet’s routine closely: feeding schedules, medication if needed, lots of cuddles, playtime with toys, and quiet downtime when they want it. Safety comes first—We supervise all outdoor time, even in the fenced yard, dog-proof the space, and never leave pets unattended. Whether it’s short stays or longer vacations, your dog will get personalized care, plenty of attention, and a cozy spot to relax while you’re away.
