I work 8am-5pm during the week and I am off on weekends. I work in Sacramento and I can do almost whatever you need around my work hours. My sister is also available to help out if you would like as well. Her schedule is pretty much the opposite of mine.

I have probably stayed in 10+ different homes this year. I bring a little travel pack and my Xbox and just hang out for the most part. I like to work out and then just chill and play video games, so I have time to hang out with animals plenty!

How often and how much food do they eat a day? How often do they need to use the bathroom? What do they like, what do they not like? What is the best way to care for your animal in your opinion? Would you like my sister to help out as well?
A typical day
I pretty much like to do whatever the owner usual does or even if it isn’t something you usually do, but would like me to do let me know. For my own dog (which I share with my sister and mom) I like to take her on walks and just play around in the backyard. We don’t really have a set routine, we play it pretty spontaneous, but I’m all for following a routine if you have one.

Pet care experience
I have raised cats since I was 9 years and have always love animals and being around them. I may be more of a “cat man” but I love all animals. I have been taking care of cats, dogs, even lizards for years now. I have done shots, pilling, stayed in mobile homes and all sorts of other places. My sister Channing also, with permission of the owner, helps out and is amazing with animals as well. I am very into health and fitness so walking and exercising with your animals is awesome for and with me! I work 8:30am-5pm during the week in Sacramento and I am free on weekends.

Steele was amazing with our dog when we were on vacation. Our 12 year old GSD has some pretty severe health issues that not only require daily medication but sometimes she needs help walking and is at the point where she also sometimes has potty accidents. Steele was so kind and patient with her. He sent us pictures while we were gone and kept in contact to assure us she was doing ok. Not only was he a great doggie buddy but he was also a great houseguest. He was respectful of our stuff and our house was clean when we got back.
Steele took such amazing care of our kittens! They were new to our home and we had to leave them for an overnight. We came home to kittens that were very well cared for and comfortable. Their comfort with him and with us upon return is evidence of the trust he built with them and we couldn't be more appreciative for such a positive socialization experience. We will absolutely be asking Steele to sit/drop in for us in the future. He is kind, chill, and very communicative. He spent a lot of time with our kittens and built a solid foundation of a relationship with them that were so grateful for.
Always great with Rue. He's prompt with replies, he takes great care of her, he takes her out, he lets her sleep when she needs to and I come home as if nothing has changed or I haven't left the house at all. This is all about making it as stress free as possible for Rue and Steele does a great job at that
Steele was great! Rue took right to him, and I imagine every pet does. This is the second time I've used Rover but the first time I've had someone in my house. He was respectful of the space and he took great care of Rue. My dog is the kind of dog that follows me everywhere, loves to go out with me in the truck, and sits anxiously waiting for me when I can't take her. I prepared Steele for the worst not knowing how she'd be, and maybe I secretly wanted her to not accept anyone as a substitute for me and still be a little anxious. Nope......Rue was cuddled with him asleep on the couch by the time I made it to the airport. He will be welcomed anytime he's available.
