Growing up my grandma bred collies for show competitions so I have taken care of dogs in all stages of their life from puppy to senior! I have plenty of experience walking, bathing, training, and caring for dogs of multiple different breeds and sizes as well. Alongside our litters of puppies, we also rescued kittens whenever we had the opportunity so I’ve gotten to work with cats of all stages of life as well (including disabled cats that need some extra love and care).

I am used to having all different kinds of animals in my home ranging from parrots to guinea pigs to fish, and of course my puppy. As you can imagine, having a zoo isn’t simple and lots of my animals have specific needs (whether it be dietary, or extra bathroom breaks) that I am used to going above and beyond to fulfill and would do the same for yours! We love using toys that make our puppy think like treat mats & puzzles, so if you have the same for your pup, I would have no problem setting them up. I’m not usually on my phone during walks, so excuse my limited gallery of pictures, but more will be updated soon!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Star! She took care of my two pugs over a long holiday weekend, and from the moment I reached out to her, I knew they were in great hands. Her communication was stellar throughout the entire time, always quick to respond and regularly checked in with updates, which made me feel so much more at ease as a nervous paw parent. What truly set her apart, though, were the amazing photos and videos she shared with me. Not only did these keep me informed on how my pups were doing, but they also captured just how much love and excitement she had for spending time with them. It was so clear that she genuinely enjoyed every moment with my pugs, and they were having a blast with her! She even went above and beyond by incorporating an extra visit into her schedule to ensure they had the attention they needed after a change in my plans. This thoughtful gesture really meant the world to me and showed how much she cares about the dogs in her care. I was initially hesitant about leaving my pups because it’s hard for me to be away from them, but thanks to Star’s professionalism, attention to detail, and warmth, I had complete peace of mind the entire time I was away. I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, caring, and fun-loving dog sitter. I’ll definitely be using her services again in the future! Star dropped in on my kitties when I was on a family trip for a week. She cleaned the litter, refilled food and water and played and cuddled with them.
Star is incredible with Rudi. He’s pooped when he comes back from his walks. Just what he needs while I’m laid up.
I would highly recommend Star for your dog sitting. She’s very prompt and professional with communication. She is very loving and friendly with our dogs. We have a 4 lbs chihuahua and an 80 lbs pit bull and she took care of them both with excellence - making sure they both got plenty of attention and affection.
Star was wonderful with our senior daschund! She was on time, very friendly and personable. She sent updates and pics and strolled our baby out for a long leisurely walk and a trip to Starbucks for a pup cup! Star was the best!!
I have known Star for about 2.5 years now and she is the only person I trust with my animals. She has taken care of and loved every animal she’s ever met. Her own dog is exceptionally taken care of as well as her other assortment of animals. The love Star has for animals is unmatchable, this opportunity would be great!!

I work 4-5 days a week but please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have a request as I’m always willing to work with you to get your pets the quality care they need! I only work a full day on Sunday so my availability is usually very flexible :) I mainly service Marina, Seaside, & Monterey but I do accept extended range bookings as well! **Please note prior to booking that there is an extended range fee for clients 5 miles or farther (15%*) & for clients 10 miles or farther (25%*) for travel expenses. This will be after the final price *If they booking is over $350 & between 5-9 miles the fee will be reduced to 10% *If the booking is over $700 & between 10-14 miles the fee will be reduced to 20% If you have any questions please feel free to ask! :)
