Safety, trust & environment

I am very conscious of where the pets are coming from when it comes to meeting new pets, especially if they are shy or don't like sudden movements. When it comes to rescue pets, you don't know what they've been through. That's where I find having calm energy benefits all involved.

Information Stacy W. would like to know about your pet

I like to know if a pet is a rescue and if they have any fears or insecurities around anything such as sudden movements or noises.

A typical day

I love to play and make sure the pets are stimulated while I'm there. And having some good human contact is important. I'm constantly talking to them even if we're simply hanging out.

Pet care experience

I've been pet sitting nonstop for over a year now, and these pets have filled my soul! I'm moving back to Indiana around the Indianapolis area and would love to help you out! Pet sitting became a way for me to give back to the pets while missing my sweet kitty for the past couple of years. I've sat for many old cats, given plenty of medications, etc. I prefer small dogs since I've mainly grown up with cats and Scottish Terriers.

Stacy was wonderful! I could tell she has a big heart from the moment we met her. She took excellent care of our 2 kitty boys and even got our very cautious/skittish fella to come out for pets! Great communication and a lovely experience all around. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Your pets and home will be cared for with so much love. Stacy has such a calming effect on my cat, who originally was a stray and has trust issues. She will maintain your home and it will be clean, fresh sheets & towels waiting for your return. Stacy is a writer and loves staying at home, so your pets will get Lots of attention and Love. She is our 1st choice when needing a trustworthy house/pet sitter.

Stacy is a kind, caring, responsible and overall wonderful house and pet sitter. She sat for my senior cat Charlie, who had health concerns and needed regular medications. I trusted she would be able to handle any situation that arose with him. Charlie, normally a shy cat, immediately warmed up to her. She also took good care of my house, plants and fed the outside birds. She communicated well and regularly and sent photos. She is organized, self sufficient, reliable and left the house immaculate. I highly recommend Stacy to anyone needing a pet caregiver..
