Calm, Experienced Dog Care 💛 🐕
Hi, I’m Stacy—and caring for dogs is something I’ve dedicated years to. While I’m new to Rover, I bring 10 years of hands on experience volunteering at a well known Walnut Creek animal shelter. I foster dogs, assist with service dog training, walk dogs, and work on behavior—so I’m confident with shy, anxious, senior, and high-energy pups. 🚫 I do not accept: 1) aggressive dogs 2) highly reactive dogs that do not settle with commands/redirection 3) pooches that ‘mark’ excessively or ‘mark’ inside the home. ⭐️ Please be mindful of this requirement.

Ratings and reviews
House and yard were nicely kept. Stacy was super and Buddy loved hanging out with her! Kept me updated while I was out with pictures and a note. Will use her again the next time I’m in town!

Stacy has once again taken great care of my 13 year old Lab. I will continue to have her watch Bobo in the future.

Stacy was fantastic. I felt confident leaving my dog with her. She has years of experience. He made himself right at home sniffing everything and playing with the toys she had. He got a lot of attention and love from her. I enjoyed getting photos and a video of him while he stayed with her. 10/10 would recommend and planning to book for future doggy day care and overnights!

Stacey has a calm presence that will immediately put you and your pup at ease. She spent a lot of one-on-one time with my dog, Comet, and sent lots of great pictures during his stay. We'll definitely use her again!

My dog was very happy staying with Stacy. I received daily updates and pictures of how she was doing. I look forward to having Bobo stay with Stacy again for my next trip.

Stacy was so patient with my anxious boy! Sent updates everyday and made Finn feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Schedule
➡️ Please note- Drop off and pick up is between 6:30am-8:30pm. I’m self employed and work from home with a flexible schedule. When I’m caring for a dog, they are my priority and get plenty of attention, playtime, and care throughout the day.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
🔹My home is peaceful, with no young children and no dog of my own—ideal for dogs who thrive in a quieter environment. I have a large fenced yard for safe play or relaxing in the sun or shade, and I live steps from a trail for daily walks if your dog enjoys extra exercise. 🔹I follow your dog’s routine closely and tailor each stay to their individual needs. Safety, structure, and lots of love are always my focus. ➡️ You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and videos so you can feel confident your pup is happy and well cared for.
A typical day
A typical day consists of morning potty time, breakfast before 9am, a combination of backyard playtime and exploring, inside naps and cuddles, a neighborhood or trail walk if you want that for your dog, dinner around 5pm followed by more outside or inside play and cuddles before bedtime.
