I work remotely, and help my dad with home improvement projects. The house backs up to a trail system, and I take our dog out every morning and afternoon for walks. There is a fenced, grassy space in the yard, as well as a dog park down the street that we frequent.

We have a large grassy yard with long leashes if they're hanging outside th fenced area. Inside space is all dog friendly, and we allow ours on the couch. Just let me know if you have limits you'd like enforced for consistency.

All breeds welcome, just let me know of concerns. I'll be keeping them on a leash and supervised at all times unless you request otherwise. Do they get along with other dogs? Kids? Men? Many abused dogs are wary of men in particular, so I just like to know. Are they taking medications? Are they allergic to anything? What do they love? What do they dislike (or what spooks them)? Do they have any favorite treats or toys? Do they prefer being on/off a leash? Do they come when called? How do they react with other animals? Are they allowed to go to dog parks? Is there anywhere they are not allowed to go? Do they have any special needs? Is there any training you are working on, and how can I be consistent with that?
A typical day
Walks, runs, beach, and hikes! If your dog has special needs, just let me know. We will be very mindful of heat limitations during runs/hikes and hot pavement. I'll return your pet happy and tired, ready for some chill time. I prefer mornings (as early as 6:30 - 10am) for exercise, because it's cooler for dogs. But as the owner, your preferences take priority.

I raised my last puppy into a loving, well-behaved dog. Volunteered at shelters in San Luis Obispo, CA when I lived there. I'm high energy, a morning person, and love to hike, run, beach, and move with a furry partner. Very cognizant of limitations on warm days. I also enjoy less active and senior dogs! I have a calm house, no children. One other dog, a one year old lab named Apollo. Your dog WILL enjoy their time with me, and I'll send you super cute pics to prove it! Currently, I'm working remotely while I help my dad with home improvement projects. I do not flake. If we make an agreement, rest assured I will be there. If you need a particular set of days further out, let me know and I can arrange that. We have a large yard and easy access to hikes and parks. I have hardwood floors, so no worries/carpet stains if there is an "accident." I prefer to spend most time outside the house, either getting exercise or at a coffeeshop in the shade.

Stacy and Shady were awesome! Stacy was warm and friendly from the get-go and made sure Nuna had a fun day exploring outdoors. We got lots of pictures and reassurance throughout the day that Nuna was doing great and we are so grateful. Highly recommend!

Stacy was amazing! Felt totally safe leaving Baloo with Stacy. Baloo did not want us to leave and she kindly handled it so nicely. She took him to the dog park and was so nice to him and even did drop off service which was wonderful!
Stacy went beyond excellent! At first i passed her over as she did not have a fenced yard and lived in apartment. I have a big, young, active dog. Then I read the reviews saying she was great if your dog needs to excersize. Stacy collected my dog, went for a 4 mile run then drove him to the dog beach where he (almost) got worn out. I could tell how she got down low and looked him in the eyes to connect, she is tuned into a dogs needs and LOVES them.
