Hi, my name is Stacy and I live with my husband and two adult children in the Atascocita area. We have an 11 year old terrier mix and a 1 year old chihuahua/lab mix. We lost our 17 year old terrier at the beginning of this year who had heart issues, so I’m very familiar with giving liquid and tablet forms of medication. My whole family loves dogs, and we enjoying taking walks and spending time playing with them! Our dogs are truly like our babies so we know how much your fur babies mean to you!

We have 3 geriatric dogs - two of which needs medication, and one who needs insulin. Two of the babies also wear diapers, and one of them is a great Dane. They are all rescues and have abandonment issues that can give them anxiety. Needless to say, once we got to the point that one of our dogs needed shots, the kennel we had been using for 5 years said that was a bridge too far. I had to look for something new and found Rover. Stacy had exceptional reviews, was very responsive, and is closer than our kennel. We did a two day trial and the dogs did great. Stacy sent us pictures and updates twice a day, and our dogs seemed to really thrive in her home. I think they were far happier staying in her home than they ever were in a deluxe kennel with doggie daycare. You can tell that Stacy loves animals. I feel so much better knowing how well my dogs will be cared for in her home!

Stacy was absolutely terrific with Cornell! She gave us updates every day and lots of pictures. She let us know he was eating well, playing well and having fun which really gave us peace of mind. Will definitely be using Stacy again in the future!

Schedule
I do not work outside the house, so I am always at home and will be able to take care of your pet and all of its needs. We are pretty laid back people so you don’t have to worry about your pet sitting on the furniture or jumping on the bed. Of course, we care about how you normally take care of your pet in your own home, and listen to and will accommodate you and your pets needs. I will send plenty of pics and updates to owners to assure you that we will make your pet as comfortable as can be.

I do have a decently big bag yard and it does have an in ground pool in it. I do let the dogs out frequently and usually am out there with them.

Typically we will play in the backyard on and off through the day. Play catch and a bit of tug a war with some toys and go for a walk
