Pet Passion
I love all animals, and have extensive experience caring for cats, dogs, horses and more. I am specifically a trained caregiver for cats, which I have done since 2005. While I have enjoyed pets of my own, due to my traveling to see family, I have opted not to adopt again, but find fulfillment in caring for pets of others. I also volunteer in preparing rescue kittens for their forever homes.

Stacy was great with our kitty. Bron hasn’t been with anyone other than us, our son or his roommates. But she adjusted very well being with Stacy for a week and a half. Stacy kept us updated with pictures and messages. Her place is warm and spacious. When we brought Bron back, she was calm and got back to her usual routine and self almost immediately, which was really nice.We would certainly leave our cat with Stacy again!
Our cats are always so happy with Stacy! They come home so calm and well taken care of.

Schedule
I am currently on "summer break" as I am a school teacher. When not on break, I teach locally and live near my school, so I work 8am-4pm most week days, but do have extended holiday times.

I have a spacious apartment. Visiting pets use my guest room the first day, and when I am not at home, until they are comfortable.
A typical day
For dogs, I love brisk walks and tossing a ball for them. For cats, I have the wands with feathers and/or squeaky toys for both.

- I am comfortable following whatever plan of care that you give me. I know how it can be distressing to pets to have their main person(s) away, and so will strive to keep as many aspects of their life the same as if you were there!
