Pet care experience
I have 30+ years of pet care experience from caring for family companions as a child to running a farmed animal sanctuary (currently) and everything in between. I have worked with nearly every domestic specie and some wild too. I recently "retired" after being a nanny for a family for eight years and have transitioned to working from home so I can spend more time at the sanctuary. I would love to fill in some of my spare time caring for other's companions as it's my true passion.

I have had Stacy watch my little peanut (dash hound) several times and she has a love for animals like no one I have ever seen. She makes the time to walk my dog, care for and love my dog like her own when we go on vacation for a week or a weekend. She is honest and trustworthy I feel comfortable with her in my home and with my fur baby.
Stacy is an all around incredible person: caring, responsible, professional, and kind. And her favorite thing in the world is animals! She runs an animals sanctuary that is home to dozens of animals. It’s amazing to see how they respond to her calm demeanor. My dog prefers Stacy over my husband and me! You could not find a more perfect fit to care for your pet, no matter the species. Highly recommend.

A typical day
I absolutely love to do whatever the animal prefers. I love to go on walks, toss a ball, play tug-of-war and am happy to take them on car rides or to places where they can gain more socialization. I'm also happy to just hang out with them to keep them company.

I'm currently working from home as a bookkeeper where I create my own schedule. I also don't have human children so other than vet appointments for our sanctuary animals, I'm very flexible.
