Staci is great! She’s sat Giselle several times and we will definitely hire her again! The last two trips my planes have been severely delayed/and cancel and Staci was lovely and graciously kept Giselle for an extended period of time! Very much appreciate her and her partner! See you soon!
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this sitter. Femi was not coughing before the stay, however shortly after collection he developed a persistent cough and worsening respiratory symptoms, and I had to seek veterinary advice. Communication during was fine however she never told me my pup was coughing and afterwards it was also disappointing, as my concerns were met defensively rather than with care or reassurance. My priority has simply been making sure my puppy recovers quickly.

Hello! I’m Stacey, and together with my partner Dean, we welcome dogs into our home through Puddle Pooch Dog Services in Peckham. 🐶❤️ I have over 20 years of experience caring for and living with dogs, and dogs have always been a huge part of my life. Dean is just as dog mad as I am and also has dogs of his own, so between us we are very comfortable with different breeds, ages, personalities and energy levels. We are particularly used to multi dog households and group dynamics. We understand that some dogs love being in the middle of everything, some want to play all day, while others need their own space and a little more time to settle. Our own little dog family includes Suzuki, our Parson Russell Terrier, Kilo the Frenchie who I co parent, and our newest addition Dory. My older children are teenagers and have also grown up around animals, so they are very comfortable and respectful around dogs. Our aim is simple, to give your dog a safe, loving holiday home, where they are treated like part of the family🐾

Every dog is different, so we tailor their stay around their age, personality, energy level and normal routine. Depending on the individual dog, their days can include walks, sniffing adventures, playtime, toys, enrichment, treats, cuddles and plenty of time to relax. Some dogs love playing with other dogs, while others are happiest having a cuddle and snoozing somewhere comfortable. There is no pressure for every dog to behave the same way because Dean and I are used to group dynamics, we pay close attention to how dogs interact and make sure everyone has space when they need it. Safety, comfort and happiness always come first.

A typical day
Everyday is an adventure for the dogs in my care! We enjoy multiple walks to local parks where your dog can explore new scents, meet friendly dogs (if they're social), and get plenty of exercise. I love playing games like fetch, tug of war, and giving treats to keep their minds and bodies active. At home, there’s always enrichment, whether it’s puzzle toys, chew time, or just lots of cuddles and calm bonding. I tailor activities to suit each dog’s age, energy level, and personality, whether they’re playful, curious, or more laid back. Your dog’s safety and happiness are my top priorities, so I always make sure they’re stimulated, comfortable, and loved throughout their time with me.

- Information I need about your dog I like to keep this simple. Just let me know their usual, Feeding times and portions, walking routine, sleeping habits, temperament and anything important I should know about their normal routine. Please also tell me about any allergies, medication, medical conditions or special care requirements. If there are any behaviours I should know about, such as reactivity, resource guarding, anxiety, nervousness around certain dogs or anything else. Please let me know beforehand. It doesn't necessarily mean I won't be able to care for them, it simply helps me make the safest arrangements. Please also let me know whether your dog has good recall or needs to remain on lead. ⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️ PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH PUDDLE POOCH DOG SERVICES IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH YOUR DOG BEING AROUND OTHER DOGS. We are a multi-dog household, and there are regularly dogs coming and going for daycare and boarding. Your dog may therefore be around other dogs during their stay. SAFETY IS ALWAYS PUT FIRST. Dogs attending should normally be up to date with their vaccinations. IF YOUR DOG IS NOT VACCINATED, HAS NOT YET COMPLETED THEIR VACCINATIONS OR CANNOT MIX WITH OTHER DOGS FOR MEDICAL REASONS, YOU MUST LET ME KNOW BEFORE BOOKING. Please also be completely open about any aggression, reactivity, anxiety or other behaviours that could affect other dogs. CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS ARE NOW OPEN! 🎅🐶🎄 Christmas is one of the busiest times of year for dog boarding, so spaces are expected to go quickly, particularly around Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve. If you already know you're travelling, visiting family or simply need someone you trust to look after your dog over the festive period, I recommend booking as early as possible. Your dog can enjoy their own little Christmas at Puddle Pooch Dog Services, with plenty of love, cuddles and festive fun while you're away.
