I've been dog sitting on and off for the past 3 years. I enjoy learning, nurturing, and loosing time with animals. Understanding their basic needs is essential for their visits. Understanding routines, feeding times, diets, triggers, insecurities, personalities is very important to establish trust. In return, I enjoy dog sitting because of the therapeutic relief they provide to others. I am adaptable, flexible, and have reliable transportation. At this time, I provide care for a Beagle and Shih Tzu who have two different personalities and triggers as one was an abused animal. The difficult part about working with animals in all is leaving them. I currently work from home which allows me to work an alternative to provide dog sitting services.
