Before caring for a pet, I’d love to know about their personality, routine, likes and dislikes, and anything that helps them feel most comfortable and safe. I understand every pet is different, especially rescue or anxious animals, so knowing their boundaries, triggers, energy levels, and favourite activities helps me provide the best possible care. It’s also helpful to know about feeding schedules, walking routines, medical needs, training cues, social behaviour around other animals or people, and any behaviours you’d like me to be aware of. My goal is always to make pets feel relaxed, understood, and cared for while keeping their routine as familiar and stress-free as possible.

A typical day in my care is tailored to each pet’s individual personality, routine and energy levels. Whether your pet enjoys adventurous walks, playtime and enrichment, or prefers a calmer pace with gentle companionship and reassurance, I adapt my approach to ensure they feel safe, happy and comfortable. My aim is always to keep their routine as consistent as possible while providing plenty of attention, care and affection throughout our time together.

Pet care experience
I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats, including my own rescue dog and two rescue cats, as well as volunteering with a local dog rescue. My experience with rescue animals has taught me the importance of patience, understanding and adapting care to each pet’s individual needs. Whether your pet loves adventure and playtime or prefers a calmer approach, I tailor my care to ensure they feel safe, comfortable and happy. I’m particularly experienced with nervous and anxious pets and understand that some dogs thrive on quieter walks, extra reassurance and one-to-one attention. My priority is always to provide a positive, stress-free experience for your pets while giving you complete peace of mind that they’re in caring and reliable hands.

Absolutely fantastic dog sitter/walker! Stacey was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely cared for Luna’s health and wellbeing. Luna is a reactive dog and can take a while to warm up to new people, Stacey’s calm nature really helped Luna feel at ease and they were besties in no time! The communication from Stacey was incredible. I was kept well updated on each visit and the pictures were the cutest! Luna looked happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for every time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable dog sitter or walker. I have already booked for Stacey to take care of Luna again!

Stacey provided a first class service. Our cats couldn't have been made to feel more special and cared for whilst we were away. Great updates provided after every visit.
