Dog mum & lifelong animal lover
I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember and have owned and cared for dogs from a young age. More recently, I’ve raised my own Portuguese Water Dog, Marvin, from a puppy, so I’m very comfortable with young, energetic and playful dogs and all the chaos that can come with them! I also spent eight years living and working abroad, where I somehow became the unofficial adopter of several stray cats! I took them in, cared for them and nursed some back to health. One even turned out to be pregnant, so I ended up helping to care for her and raise her kittens too. I’m naturally caring, patient and responsible, and I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. I’ll always treat them with the same care and attention I’d want for my own - with plenty of walks, playtime, cuddles and company, while keeping to their usual routine. And because I know how reassuring it is when you’re away, I’ll happily keep you updated with plenty of photos and little updates along the way! 🐾

I know how nerve-racking it can be trusting someone else with your pet, so their safety and happiness will always be my priority. I’ll take the time to understand their normal routine, personality and any little quirks, and follow your instructions carefully so they feel as comfortable and settled as possible. I’m happy to care for pets in their own home where they’re most familiar and comfortable, and I’ll always treat both your pet and your home with care and respect. You’ll also get plenty of updates and photos for extra peace of mind!

Stacey is a natural with dogs! She will treat your pups like her own and give you all of the updates to make you feel secure that your dog is in the best care! Anyone would be lucky to have Stacey care for their dogs :)

Schedule
I’m currently taking some time away from full-time work, which means I have lots of flexibility and plenty of time to dedicate to your pets! I’m available throughout the week, and can be flexible with walks, drop-ins and sitting depending on what you and your pet need. I also have my own dog, so getting outdoors for walks and having pet care as part of my everyday routine is already very much the norm! 🐾

- I’d love to know as much as possible about your pet beforehand - their normal routine, personality, likes and dislikes, any medical or dietary needs, and of course their favourite treats! For dogs, please let me know about anything I should be aware of on walks or around other dogs and people, including recall, reactivity or any nervous or challenging behaviours. No judgement at all - the more I know, the better I can make sure they’re safe, happy and comfortable in my care.
