Pet care experience
Genuine human, genuine animal lover
Hello. My name is Stacey & i’m 29. I work in film so I have months off where I would like to spend my time with animals. Animals are my therapy and my first love forever. I started volunteering/fostering at 14, and have continued to do so for the past decade + I cant live my life without dogs or cats or really any animal, and if I can be the “fun aunty” for your fur baby i’ll be happy! My work schedule doesn’t allow me to have my own, but spending time with yours, well, I’ll take it! I have a flexible schedule as well as I am active, I have experience with all breeds and temperaments. I have over a year of dog grooming experience as well as experience with pets who need medications, shyness, previous rescues & those working on becoming more social. Here to help you and your babies ! & also secretly be greedy by getting love from them (or just the satisfaction they’re happy)

Qualifications
Ratings and reviews
Stacey was an excellent sitter for my cat Simba! It is clear that she has a lot of experience with animals, and she created an environment that was safe and inviting. She took into account all of his quirks and needs, and made sure to accommodate them. Simba had his own space in the house (the cat room), which was filled with all of the different beds, boxes and hangout spots a cat could imagine! 😊 Stacey was open, friendly and easy to communicate with. She sent frequent pictures and updates throughout the stay. Simba was very content with his little holiday! I would highly recommend Stacey as your pet sitter, and won't hesitate to book eith her again in the future!

Calendar and availability
Schedule
I work in film which means when I am not working I have many months off. I spent 20+ years in animal care either volunteering , or working. I personally have had 9 rescue / stray pets that have become my family. I’ve got major energy to kill when I am available. I live my life for the 4 legged.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I have an entire pet free home (minus some reptiles in cages) , I have done all my pet first aid, signs of stress etc, I have worked with animals for over 20 years. I regularly walk dogs, babysit and check in on ALL TYPES OF PETS! I know all my pet first aid, we have an entire safe home and a fully fenced backyard , as well as specific pet play room.
A typical day
Typically I wake up, & do the pet care (potty breaks, breakfast, cleaning) than typically I go to bell park for a few hours as we’re close by then I walk the parks, occasionally go for a swim. I spend a lot of time outside in the yard or if it’s too hot inside beside the AC. We live by many parks, as well as I have a vehicle I like to go hiking on the trails

- I would just like to know any allergies, aggressions (towards dogs, kids, the swiffer or mop) . If they generally have anxiety and what they prefer to do during the day. The only important things for me to know are what will keep them comfortable. They hate the vaccum? Okay I won’t vaccum. (My late dog ate the broom I get it) If they have anxiety or any rest regulations , health conditions etc
