Information Stacey & Andrew W. would like to know about your pet

Our animals are all used to having dog friends over and are great with company. While the cats typically keep to themselves, if your dog isn't great with cats just give us a heads up so we can plan together how to make the stay as stress free as possible! It's helpful to know about any triggers or sensitivities, things like other dogs, loud noises, or strangers. We'd also love to hear what makes them happy, any medical needs to be aware of, and if they have a favorite spot or walking route in the area.

A typical day

A typical day starts with a morning walk around the neighborhood, with regular bathroom breaks built into our routine every 4 hours. When we're home between meetings, you can expect indoor playtime and belly scratches. We'll also take a stroll over to Court Square Park to sit, relax, and do a little people watching. On weekends, we head to the waterfront dog park for some exercise and extended time for play. Your dog is welcome on the furniture, or Miki is happy to share her fuzzy bed. We always make sure there's plenty of fresh drinking water, a comfortable temperature at home, and frequent check-ins to make sure your dog is happy and settled. You can expect an update shortly after drop-off and an end of day message with a recap and photos.

Pets

We get it, we’re pet parents too!

Pet care experience

We're Stacey and Andrew, and animals have always been a huge part of our lives. We started with 2 rescue cats, fostered a puppy together, and eventually adopted our dog Miki. With our little family, your pet is coming into a home that already has plenty of company. Caring for dogs has already been a regular part of our routines. This includes a mix of walks, daycare, and boarding, plus occasional drop-in visits for cats.

Stacey and Andrew were fantastic with my girl, Sol! 💕 They sent regular photo updates, kept me in the loop throughout her stay, and were incredibly helpful when I needed care on short notice. The best part was seeing how comfortable Sol was with them! Every photo made it clear she was happy, relaxed, and getting plenty of love (I think she spent most of the stay on Stacey's lap! 🤣). I'd absolutely trust Stacey and Andrew with Sol again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring, reliable sitters. Thank you!

Stacey and Andrew are loving and meticulous caretaker of the furry buddies. As loving pet owners themselves, they know how to give their pets the best and very aware when they’re not feeling well. It’s helps too that they’re responsive and responsible. Whether your dog or cat is shy or outgoing, their needs will be met!

Stacey took care of my dog Tapi overnight, and it was his first time being apart from family in an overnight situation. He has real separation anxiety, and she was so patient with him. Very grateful to have someone we trust to take care of him when the family's away!

I recommend both Stacey and Andrew. They have been caring for their pets for many years, their own pets as well as the family pet. They give them so much time and love. They make sure the animals always have food and toys, and they never miss a doctor's appointment. They keep them warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They walk their dog rain or shine, even when they are tired or not feeling well, they never skip a walk. And they make sure they have a steady income so they can always provide for their pets and everything they need.
