Looking for friends for my pup 🐶
I adopted Scoop during the pandemic, and I started doing Rover shortly after moving to California in 2022. I live in the Richmond, close to both Golden Gate Park and the Presidio, which is great because it makes for great walks and runs. I am comfortable with large and small dogs, and my schedule is flexible, so I’m often able to spend time in the middle of the day with the pups.

Our 8 yr old dog loved staying with St. John and scoop. Our dog who is not well socialized got along with scoop. St John sent pictures of Duke relaxing and walking- seems like everything he loves to do. We will definitely use St John again if needed!!!

Schedule
I tend to take Scoop on an hour, walk every morning and another one in the evening. You can expect the same if I’m taking care of your pet. I have a job that allows me to work remotely quite a bit, so I get to spend a lot of time at home, which is nice for daytime, walks, and breaks.

I live in an apartment in the Richmond with a fenced yard and near to both Golden Gate Park and the Presidio. Dogs are allowed on the couch and on my bed.
Pets
A typical day
I typically get up at 6 AM, walk scoop for about an hour, and then start work. If it’s the weekend, I’ll try to do another walk mid afternoon, otherwise I do one at the end of the workday. That can be off leash or on leash, when we go off leash it’s usually up to the Presidio or Baker Beach.
