I had a last-minute work trip come up, and without hesitation, I reached out to Sri and Matt—who had already watched Maya earlier this month. Within minutes, they confirmed they could take her in again. As soon as we pulled up, Maya couldn’t contain her excitement—she bolted out of the car to greet them like old friends.
