Dog Walker & Sitter
NOTE: Due to encountering a scammer on the Rover app who then targeted me on another platform, I've removed a lot of personal identifying information and photos from this app. Be careful out there!! ---- I live next to Laurel Park and Boulevard Park trail. I am too busy with grad school/work and my place is too small to get my own dog at this time. With that said, I do have the perfect set up for dog sitting and boarding on a temporary basis. I mostly work remote for a local college, with only occasional trips to campus from time to time.

Spring did a great job taking care of our little anxious dog! She sent us lots of update photos and went above and beyond making sure she was comfortable and settled in during her stay. We will definitely be booking with Spring the next time we go out of town!

Absolutely Outstanding Dog Sitter!! I highly recommend Spring to sit your dog. She went above and beyond caring for my deaf dog, who requires medication and frequent potty breaks. She handled his special needs with so much patience, consistency, and genuine affection. I received helpful updates throughout and my dog came home happy, calm, and clearly well-loved. I’m grateful for such a trustworthy, compassionate, and exceptional level of care.

Schedule
I have a flexible remote work/study schedule and I’m home regularly. I’m available to go on long walks from Bellingham to Fairhaven, which is about 5 miles round trip. Aside from that, I can do shorter potty walks at Laurel park or around the neighborhood.

I have a (fancy) large elevated dog bed that can hold up to 150 pounds, which can be covered with a cozy blanket (preferably yours so your dog feels at home). My little house is perfect to dog sit and host.
A typical day
Depending on how long I have a pet guest here, we will go for walks and play with toys. Bring favorite toys if possible! I’m very quiet. I rarely even listen to music while I work on my computer(s). I talk to myself though lol. Dogs seem to like my self talk 😆 From 2015-2018, I was living with a friend and part of my rent included caring for his dogs. Now that I’m back at (online) grad school, I’m missing the company of dogs. I mostly work remote and really enjoy having a dog guest with me while I’m planted at the computer all day. Dogs help me remember to get up and walk and take in fresh air. So I’m definitely looking for regular clients who need dog sitting or doggy day care. I will set timers and make sure we both get fresh air and exercise on a schedule 😆
