I’ll love your pets as my own💙
My business is currently closed due to a non business related incident where my own dog was attacked. When/if my dog is fully healed and feeling better, I will reopen. I apologize for having to cancel 2 bookings last minute over it, but safety will always come first and it is not safe for my dog to be exposed to others right now while he is healing. I have been around animals and have helped care for them since I was around 10 years old. I grew up with cats and now as an adult I have three dogs and two cats. In my free time I volunteer with a local rescue, and I have fostered through the rescue or on my own taken in, vetted, then found homes for over two dozen animals combined. I was raised with so much love and empathy for all animals that I care for them as if they were my pets. I had a rover account a few years ago, but I deleted my account when I decided to legally change my name. So while I have experience being a sitter on rover, I unfortunately have no way to show my previous reviews. It would be my honor to care for your pets in whatever form needed, whether it’s boarding, drop in, walks, or daycare. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! My rates are to account for rover fees. I also require a meet and greet for any dogs that would be in my home to make sure they’d get along with my dogs. We can discuss rates further during meet and greets if you’d like.

Spencer was fantastic. He was communicative, professional, and sent regular updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our dog was comfortable and well cared for. He was attentive and picked up on little personality details, making the experience even better. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog. Schedule
I am a stay at home dad with my 6 year old child that I homeschool, so I am available all the time. I do have occasional appointments or events, but none of it takes up much of my time. It is very easy for me to be home and tending to animals whenever needed.

Safety, trust & environment
My yard is securely fenced in with a brand new 6’ wooden privacy fence. This can give you comfort and put you at ease knowing your dog(s) will be in a safe environment for potty breaks and play time outside. I am very careful with dogs when on leash and take it seriously to make sure they stay with me and are safe. I don’t allow animals in my child’s room for safety especially overnight and I never leave my child alone with animals. I feed dogs separately to be as careful as possible. I can accommodate whatever needs you and your pet have!
Pets
A typical day
If I watch your dog, we do daily walks, can vary in how many per day/how long the walks are. In good weather we also love going for hikes at nearby state parks or forests. We do lots of enrichment with lick mats, puzzle feeding, etc. Plenty of toys such as balls and stuffed toys, ropes, even a flirt pole and a herding ball.
