Un día normal
Depending on the dog's age and energy level, I will be making sure the dog has at least a half hour to two hours of active time before feeding. This may range from a quick walk around the block, to an all-out fetch n' play session. Feeding will take place as close to the owner's regular routine as possible, with a good two to four hours of relaxing and smaller walks post-feeding. Bedtime takes place, again, at a time that coincides best with the dog's regular routine; with a classical music for dogs/babies playlist to encourage the dog's overall well-being. Otherwise, medications will be administered according to veterinary recommendations, and any preparations for the next morning's meals will take place during the evening.

I love being on the same team as my animals - if they're nervous about a nailtrim, we hold hands for a minute. If they're not sure about males, they will be treated to my highest, goofiest voice and lots of naturally stinky goodies. My ideal day includes lots of fresh air, seeing the city, and bringing our best friends along to say hello and check in with everyone. They're in charge! We will be introducing ourselves to each other, finding a good rapport and trust level, and then working towards our next step together; whether it's a walk, bath, nailtrim, or play session. I do talk dog a lot to the dogs, generally use both high voices and low amiable rumbly tones, and they tend to talk back more often than not! Hope you're having a great day and I can't wait to meet your best friends!!

Spencer took a great care of my cat Linus and my apartment while I was gone. He was also very detailed in his communication.
Spencer is very communicative and responsible, sending notes of up coming visit and summary of kitty activities. My cats are very happy to see him every day!
Spencer was amazing with my moody cat Noir. For the first time, I had a catsitter that could manage to administrate my cat's medicine. So impressed here. Noir, le chat, was comfortable around him and did not hide under the covers when he was in the house. He was great at communication too. I am booking him again for sure.
