Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs! Currently have three golden retrievers (back home in Ireland). Love taking them on long walks, bathing them and cuddling on the sofa. I’ve recently started helping my friend look after her new puppy when I can and my aunt owns a doggy daycare, which I sometimes help out at. I can’t walk down the street without falling in love with every dog I pass. I did a lot of training with my golden retriever.

Sorcha took great care of Winnie and made sure she felt comfortable and loved during her stay. The weather was nice so Winnie got a chance to play in the garden which is a plus.
Sorcha has been absolutely great with Leo. He had a very active day and enjoyed his walks and cuddles on the sofa. He's already looking forward to the next stay !
Sorcha is the best person to look after my Pablo. She truly loves dogs and enjoys being around them, coming from a family of dogs she is so passionate and I couldn’t trust anyone else as much as I trust Sorcha. Looking after a puppy is stressful and time consuming but Sorcha is so patient and loving, couldn’t recommend enough!

I have a large living room/ dinning room/ kitchen space which your pup can have full access to all day. I also have a small fenced garden and our neighbours dog sometimes comes in to say hello! I’m a stones throw away from a park and can go for lunchtime walks. At your house, I will of course only allow your dog in the rooms you allow them in. If you have any specific requests, I’m more than happy to oblige.

Please let me know if your dog has any specific requirements. I’m happy to accommodate where I can. I strive to provide the best care to each dog I look after, just as I would like someone to treat mine. Dogs are part of the family and I 100% understand this.
A typical day
Happy to go for long walks, play fetch, practice tricks, recall training etc. I’m also happy to wash your dog if you’d like me to. I can keep to toilet training schedule if looking after a puppy.

Availability
I currently have a hybrid working role and so I work from home a lot. I get an hour lunch break and would happily use some of that to go for a walk and would also enjoy going for a walk before and after work, depending on the pet’s needs. I’d happily look after any dog/ puppy from 8am-7pm as long as I am given notice. I can also work remotely from your house if that’s more settling for the dog or if you want someone to look after the house as well as the dog for security reasons.
