As a pet parent who’s often had to travel, I know firsthand how hard it can be to leave your pet babies behind. I used to feel that little knot in my stomach every time—worrying if they were safe, if they missed me, if they felt lonely. That’s what made me realize how important it is to have someone you can really trust to look after them like family. For me, pets aren’t “just animals”—they’re our babies, our companions, our comfort. I’ve spent over 9 years caring for my own dog and cat, through every stage from energetic puppy and kitten years to the slower, gentler pace of senior life. Along the way, I’ve learned patience, how to give meds without stress, when to offer play and when to just sit quietly together. Every pet is different, and I love figuring out what makes each one happiest. Right now, I’m offering drop-in visits so your pets can stay safe and comfortable in their own home while you’re away. Whether it’s feeding, playing, belly rubs, or just sitting with them so they don’t feel alone—I’m here to make sure they feel loved and cared for until you get back. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to give your pets the same care, kindness, and attention I’d want for my own.

I have a fenced yard and a designated room for cat boarding. Our house has plenty of space for them to explore and play around as well.

Sophie was excellent! Our kitties are normally very shy with new people but they both warmed up to Sophie very quickly! Sophie provided wonderful detailed updates during her visits which put us at ease knowing our babies were being so well taken care of. Would highly recommend Sophie!

Sophie did a fantastic job of caring for my pups, she fed them and petted them and cleaned up their messes. I think she went above and beyond and I really appreciate her for making easier to leave my babies. I will definitely book her again when the need arises.
Sophie was absolutely amazing with everything! My Bilbo definitely fell in love with her. She constantly kept me updated and informed about Bilbo’s wellbeing. When he threw up she notified me immediately. Sophie treated Bilbo so wonderfully when checking in on him. I know that seeing her was the highlight of his days while I was away. I am very very grateful for the care Sophie provided!!

Schedule
Currently I provide drop-in visits for dogs and cats. I work from home with a flexible schedule. I’m always available to give your pets the attention, playtime, and care they need throughout the day.
