I’m an experienced sitter who you can trust to take amazing care of your dog. I have been dog sitting now for over 3 years. I have grown up training and looking after my family miniature schnauzer and cared for him in his old age, administering medication and taking him to hydrotherapy and physio. There is a new pup (miniature poodle) in the family that I look after very often and regularly help with her training. I absolutely love looking after dogs, treating them as our own and making sure they’re having a fun and comfortable stay. I have regulars that come to me weekly that run into my home which is so lovely. We have experience looking after so many breeds such as cockapoos, cavapoos, schnauzers, poodles, dachshunds, schnoodles, goldendoodles, whippets, and many many more! We cannot wait to add your loved fur baby to our forever growing family of pups 🐶

Sophie was lovely with Rua and listened carefully to everything I told her about her habits and routine. She shared photos and information about their day together and even bought a birthday rosette for Rua as it was her 3rd birthday yesterday. We were very pleased with Sophie and James and we were so grateful to them for taking such good care of Rua.
This was my third time using Sophie to board my cockapoo and I honestly cannot praise her enough! My pup is soooo well looked after and always comes home happy and well. Sophie sends regular updates whilst she’s got her (including photos) and she’s always taking her out on lovely walks and has been amazing being careful with her in the heat. I would never book with anyone else at this point as I just trust Sophie so much! Such a kind and genuine person as well! Thanks again Sophie, you really are the best! ❤️
Sophie was amazing. Finn was looked after so well and had so much fun on his play date. I was kept updated with photos during his stay. Highly recommend booking with Sophie.
Winnie is so happy staying with Sophie and James. She has lots of lovely walks and loves all the cuddles she gets. Even more important to us is that Sophie treats Winnie as one of her family and keeps us up to date with what Winnie is up to. Sophie is also friendly and professional. We will certainly be asking Sophie to look after Winnie again in the future.🥰🥰
First time using Rover and first time for Winnie staying with Sophie for the day. Communication before, during and after was excellent. Meet up beforehand was appreciated and more importantly Sophie was so lovely she put Winnie at ease and Winnie had a lovely day. Thankyou Sophie
Sophie was brilliant with my Cockapoo Bertie:) Bertie walked away tail high and wagging , as she put him at ease straightaway. Bertie was immediately happy and relaxed with Sophies positive energy! When we picked him up, he had eaten, been to the beach for a lovely walk and was very relaxed and happy. I couldn't be more pleased with Sophie's service and would definitely use her again if in her area. 100% plus recommend

Schedule
I work from home each day and have the flexibility to go on walks in the mornings, at lunchtime and in the evening. I live in a ground floor flat with large private gardens so we can have run arounds in between our fun walks out! We are 5 minutes from the beach and Branksome woods. My partner is a teacher and is around during weekends, and school holidays for longer stays and day trips out with your precious pooch.

Safety, trust & environment
At our dog friendly home, we are on the ground floor and everywhere is safe for your pooch to go. We have a large garden for toilet breaks and great sniffs! We will be with your dog at all times, would keep your dog on a lead and adhere to any of your special requirements that you have for your beloved pet. We have a medium sized crate which can be used for travelling in the car or sleeping if your dog is crate trained at night. I have given great care to my elderly family dog, which included giving him medication, supporting him during walks, doing exercises for his back legs and in general giving him love and attention. If your dog has any particular needs please let me know and I’d be happy to help anyway I can.
A typical day
We are lucky to live right near the dog beach in Branksome. I am able to give morning and evening walks and for older dogs I’m happy to drive them to nearby parks. I also love taking cute pictures of your pup to keep you updated!
