Pet care experience
As a farmers daughter I have been surrounded by dogs, cats and other animals my entire life! I have my own Labrador who is super friendly to other dogs and cats. I have provided pet sitting services for friends and family as well as dog walking services professionally for the past 2 to 3 years. I have experience working with various breeds. I work based from home so your pet will never be left alone. Looking welcome dog friendly, well behaved dogs who will will snooze off their long morning walks while I do meetings during the day. I have a fully fenced, large garden with very high fences. I am situated very close to the river ayr walk where dogs can be walked off lead and play in the river should that be your preference.

Delighted with Teddy's stay with Sophie. He had a great day, lots of walks (despite the torrential rain!) and enjoyed spending time with the other dogs. Sophie was really flexible and accommodating with great communication before she throughout his stay. Will definitely use again!
Sophie was great and kept us up to date with messages, photos and videos. Our Retriever always looked happy and was obviously enjoying being with Sophie as much as she enjoyed looking after him.
Rudy had the best time staying with Sophie. He was so well looked after, I couldn't have hoped for better. He'll definitely be back for more sleepovers and farm walks!
Updated daily with pics and videos of Ralph playing ball or swimming and his tracker had him doing about 40 miles and burn around 4000 calories in 3 days. 1 happy dog. Thanks Sophie x

It is important your dog is friendly and will get along with other dogs. Good recall is important and it is preferable that your dog can be off lead for our walks. Your dog must not be an overly vocal dog as I run meeting from home.
A typical day
The morning will start with a 3 mile walk along the River Ayr. I will then work from 9 till 12 and then take a 30 minute walk at lunch time. I will work from 1 till 5 and we will go another long walk along the River Ayr or go to the beach (my dog’s favorite spot).

Availability
I work from home for an digital technology company. I take my dog a long walk in the morning, a lunchtime walk and an evening walk. Your pet will not be left alone and will have access to our large, secured garden as and when they wish.
