We have nothing but praise for Sophie and her partner Nick! After a family member let us down last minute we really struggled to find any friend/family to look after our two dogs. As we were travelling from Manchester for a wedding in Cornwall there was no time to do a meet up so to say I was nervous and anxious to leave them was an understatement. It's the first time using this app and it was such a positive experience. I contacted Sophie & another lady originally and my gut led me to Sophie. Great reviews & replied instantly (even late at night on my initial enquiry). So friendly over the phone & asked questions as much as I had questions to ask. They have a beautiful home with a secure garden and will keep to your routine. We got regular updates, both dogs looked so happy and content which was a massive relief. Thank you so much for your help. I cannot recommend you both enough x

I chose Sophie and Nick based on their combined excellent reviews and experience on Rover. I wasn’t able to meet them personally before the booking but they were very happy to atramge a video call and talk through all my queries and concerns before we booked. My two miniature dachshunds can be anxious and difficult and need patient and kind care. Sophie and Nick were amazing. The greatest recommendation is that my dogs were calm and very happy when I collected them. Stella who is particularly anxious was loving and affectionate with both Sophie and Nick as we left so I know they have been cared for impeccably. We received daily updates and Sophie always responded immediately when I contacted her. I would highly recommend this couple and would not hesitate to trust them with my beloved dogs in future. Thank you both for taking care of my precious dachshunds so lovingly.

Angus and Maisie had a great time with Sophie. Sophie was so helpful, patient and understanding from the very first point of contact and I felt very comfortable and confident in leaving my dogs with her. She was very accommodating of changing plans and I am hugely grateful for that. Thanks Sophie!

My 9yo Jack Russell, Merlin, had a wonderful experience with Sophie and her partner. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I felt very comfortable and confident leaving Merlin with them. They were competent, warm and caring. They fetched and returned Merlin and I could see he had bonded easily with them and had been very well cared for. He had regular walks and lots of cuddles. I received regular updates and photos, much appreciated thanks! What a relief to find such good people to take care of my boy, especially at short notice! Thanks so much to you both Sophie.

her and her partner we great it was my first time sorting some where to stay for my staffy X and they answered all the questions before I had even thought about them and they were friendly and welcoming to and when away I got pictures and they kept me updated I will definitely be use them again thank guys

Sophie looked after Jango for us when we went to Bristol for the day. She shared lots of pictures and Jango seemed to have a really good time!
