Animals are my passion
I've been taking care of animals since I was 13 years old. Starting off pet sitting for family, friends, neighbors and then by references. I went to college to study animal science and have been in the animal care field since graduating in 2019. I have taken care of all ages of animals - very young to senior. I am comfortable working with animals that need special care (e.g. medical). I do have experience with training. I have had several family cats and dogs and currently own one cat.

Safety, trust & environment
I am big on safety, so will keep your pets from harm/getting into things they shouldn't/keeping them where they need to be. I have a very calm and friendly personality and patient with pets that need more warming up to. Comfortable putting leashes/harnesses on and can crate pets.

We really appreciated being able to hire Sophie last minute, she was so prompt and responsive and took great care of our senior dog!

I'm not sure if anyone cares more about animals than Sophie. She is always so attentive and kind with our pets and does a good job reinforcing our pets training. She has been helping us with house sitting and dog walking for 3 years now and we wouldn't recommend anyone else! I later came to know she has 4 years experience as a zoo keeper too! So cool!
You can't go wrong with Sophie Richnak. She is one of the most gentle, caring, and compassionate people I know - with animals and humans alike. She is very responsible and has a very strong work ethic. I highly recommend Sophie to work with Rover.

Schedule
I am currently looking for job, so I have plenty of time in my schedule to give your pets love and attention. I can be available early morning to evening.
