A uni student who loves dogs :)
I’ve loved dogs all of my life and have been looking after pets for friends and family since I can remember. Not only this, but I got my first dog Buddy, a Border Collie when I was 11. I taught him to do countless tricks and spend all of my free time with him. Because of the nature of his breed, I am used to handling energetic dogs and long walks through the countryside. Many years later we also took on a Collie x German Shepherd mix. This has added onto my skill when it comes to catering for high energy dogs who need their minds constantly stimulated. My family live in the Lake District, meaning I go hiking all the time and am a very active person who enjoys walking for hours. I have a very active lifestyle by nature and adding dogs into the mix just makes it better!

I’m open to meeting requirements or specific needs for each dog and understand that every pet is different, some thrive off of routine and will need a lot of mental stimulation which I’m happy to do my best to meet.

Sophie and her boyfriend Ryan looked after Fergus at our house while we were away on holiday. They were fantastic! Fergus had a great time, and we got lots of updates which placed us at ease given it was our first time leaving him. They are really lovely people and great with communication. Plus they left our house clean and tidy!
We couldn't be happier with Sophie! She was absolutely wonderful with our dogs and gave us such peace of mind. She communicated with us the entire time and sent plenty of updates. I would highly recommend her to any pet parent!
Sophie was a total success looking after Roxie. She arrived on time and sent me photos to keep me updated during the morning. Most importantly, Roxie really liked her. I will be booking Sophie again.

Sophie was excellent. She did a great job looking after our puppy, she was very accomodating and did lots too keep our puppy stimulated whilst looking after her.
Sophie was fantastic and Lexi was a big fan! Lexi was well looked after, I received lots of beautiful photos and videos and I’ve come home to a really happy dog! Would recommend to anyone. Thank you! I’ve already booked Sophie again ! X

Schedule
This is my job while at uni! My calendar usually quite open and during the summer, when my studies are on pause I will be free most days :)
