Hey I'm Sophie! I'm 27, work from home, and dogs are obviously the best part of any day. I live in De Beauvoir, just 4 minutes from Haggerston station, in a really safe area for walks. I'm spoiled for choice with green space on my doorstep with parks like London Fields, Rosemary Gardens and Victoria Park all nearby, and I'm out walking or running around one of them pretty much every day. Since I work from home, I've got a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability for walk or drop-ins. My partner's in the office five days a week, so I'd love the company of a four-legged friend to share my days with! I know how important it is for you to feel as though your dogs in safe hands so I’ll send updates and photos throughout the day. I grew up helping raise and train my parents' three border collies, so I know how much energy, structure and love dogs need, and I've also spent plenty of time with smaller dogs. One day I'll get my own collie, but until then I'd love to put all that time and experience into someone else's pup!! I'm an active person who genuinely loves being outside for hours at a time, so if your dog needs a proper leg-stretch and a bit of company, I'd really love to help.

Sophie was very good in communication and looking after Floki. This was their first meeting and it went very well. We plan to book with her again for 'boarding.'
Sophie was brilliant with Rio and made the whole experience completely stress-free. She brought her laptop and spent the day with him, which meant he had plenty of company and attention throughout his stay. It was really reassuring knowing he wasn't being left on his own for long periods. Sophie was flexible, accommodating and easy to communicate with. I was running a little late at pick-up, and she couldn't have been more understanding. She kept me updated during the day and made me feel totally relaxed about leaving Rio in her care. Rio came home happy and settled, and it was clear he'd had a great day. I'd happily book with Sophie again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.
I couldn't recommend Sophie highly enough. She was warm, friendly and so easy to communicate with from start to finish. She sent plenty of updates and photos throughout the day, including some lovely pictures of Rocky at a café enjoying his favourite pastime of people-watching. Knowing he was so happy and relaxed gave me real peace of mind. I completely trust Sophie with my baby Dachshund and am so pleased to have found someone local I can rely on. We're both looking forward to seeing her again soon!
Hi Sophie has owned dogs all her life and has helped me care for first, my Labrador, and lately my GSD so her has plenty of experience with all types of dogs.she is responsible and trustworthy and I would be hesitate to ask her to look after my animals .
Sophie has been brilliant with Bowie. From the start I felt completely comfortable leaving him in her care. I asked if she could take him to a park, and she sent photos of him running around and burning off plenty of energy. Bowie is really energetic and a very active dog, so I appreciate someone who can keep up with him and give him the exercise he needs when I can't. Sophie did exactly that. She'll definitely be my first choice for future tiring walks, and I'd happily recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high energy dog walker.
Sophie is a lovely girl and a fantastic dog walker. It is clear that Benny adores her, and judging by the photos Sophie sends it seems as though he has even more fun on his walks than he does with us! Communication is great, and she's always punctual. We're definitely looking forward to leaving Benny with Sophie again and would highly recommend her. 5*

Schedule
I'm a hugely active person, and working from home gives me huge flexibility and autonomy over my day. I can easily build walks, feeds or drop-ins around my work rather than the other way round, whether that's a midday break to stretch their legs or a longer walk in the evening. Since I'm out and about most days anyway, having a dog to share those walks with would fit really naturally into my routine. I’m available all throughout the week and sometimes at weekends although I will need a few days notice for this.

I'm happy to adapt to whatever works best for you and your dog. I can look after pets in the comfort of their own home, keeping to their normal routine and environment, or host them at my large flat in the De Beauvoir / Haggerston / Dalston area, where there's plenty of space and green parks close by for walks. Either way, I'll make sure feeding times, walks and any little routines are kept as close to normal as possible, so your dog feels settled and comfortable.
A typical day
Lots! I love taking dogs on walks around the local parks, and if any pup is up for the challenge, I'm always happy to take them on a run too. I'll also do enrichment training and games to keep their mind active, not just their legs, and I love taking photos along the way so you can see all the fun your dog's been having while you're away.

- It's always helpful to know in advance about any behaviours, triggers or preferences your dog has, so I can care for them in the way that suits them best. I'd always suggest a meet and greet first so we can figure out together how I can best support your dog. I've got experience with reactive dogs, or dogs who just need a bit more space and a slower introduction, so please don't hesitate to flag anything like that, it won't put me off, it just helps me get things right from the start.
