Hi, my name is Sophie! I’ve looked after cats my whole life, having grown up with two beautiful long-haired cats, Harry and Hermione. Alongside caring for my own pets, I’ve regularly looked after cats and dogs for friends, neighbours and family while they’re away, and I understand how important it is to keep your cat comfortable and happy in their own home. Growing up around cats has helped me understand their different behaviours, needs and personalities. Every cat is different, whether they’re confident and playful, shy and cautious, independent, affectionate, or a little bit of everything! I always take the time to get to know their individual temperament and let them set the pace, making sure they feel safe, relaxed and cared for. I’m confident with feeding, litter care, playtime, cuddles and, of course, giving out plenty of Dreamies! 🐱 I’ll make sure your cat gets lots of attention and care while you’re away, while respecting their routine and giving them space when they need it. I will always provide regular updates as part of any visit, to give you peace of mind during your time away from your furry friend. I’m predominantly available before and after work for visits, but I regularly work from home, so I have some flexibility during the day too.
