Pet care experience
I love cats and dogs as much as I love humans!
I have had pets all my life, some weird and wonderful! I have had hamsters, chickens, turtles, rabbits, a dog and a cat. I have the most experience taking care of dogs and cats. I took in a stray / homeless, pregnant cat and bred her kittens last year, solely looking after them for 9 weeks. I then found them new homes, and they left healthy, loved and onto their new adventure! I have owned 3 dogs in my lifetime - Charlie, Harvey and Milo. All three Tibetan Terriers. I have also looked after my friends dogs ranging from Miniature Poodles, Whippets and even a Doberman named Daisy. I always put the dogs happiness at the forefront of my focus, making sure the dogs get all the attention and fuss that they need. I'm calm natured and animals seem to naturally warm to me.

Sophie and Finn were great with Frida last weekend! she met us before hand so Frida could start getting used to her and her flat, which really helps Frida being more confident on the day. We were kept updated with photos during the day. Frida seemed super relaxed and happy when we picked her up. We'll definitely book again!
Sophie and Finn looked after my 10 week old Frenchie for a day and he came back so full of love. They kept in touch throughout the day along with lots of photos and reassurance. Frank had the best time! Big thank you again to you both 🥰

Schedule
I work from home all week and my boyfriend who lives with me doesn't work until the weekends so we have all the time in the world to look after, walk and feed the pet.

Safety, trust & environment
The pet would have free roam of our open plan kitchen and large living room space. I would always be in the same room as the pet and would make sure I'm alert to its needs. I would always keep the pet on the lead during walks, unless specifically told by the owner that they are comfortable for them to be let off. I would not leave the pet alone in the house, not even for a minute. For boarding at my own home, the pet would sleep in the warm kitchen area. I would ensure the pet always has access to water, and is fed on time in line with what the pet owner has instructed. I would maintain discipline with the pet in line with the pet owner's wishes.
A typical day
A typical day would be letting your pet play around in the house with balls and other toys that we have in the house, or relaxing on the sofa with us. We would also take the dogs out for walks as we have full freedom in the day.

- I'm pretty easy with handling all types of dogs and cats, I have even looked after a lovely 40kg doberman on many occasions. Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviours they prefer.
