Drop ins/dog walks: I am available on the weekends and am occasionally available in the early am, lunch or after 5 to 6 pm on weekdays (for recurring clients). House Sitting: I work from home and am therefore available weekdays and weekends.

I am very responsible and detail oriented. I always make sure I leave your home looking even better than I found it! In addition, I keep an extremely close eye on each pet I’m looking after whether that be maintaining a tight grip on your dogs leash and properly securing their harness or paying close attention to your cats whereabouts whenever I enter/exit your home. I can assure you that your pets safety and well-being is my number 1 priority. I make sure to clean water/food bowls during each of my drop in visits and refill water bowls after every walk. I will always clean up any pet accidents and during longer visits, vacuum and wipe down the house so you can come back to a clean house!

Let me know how reactive your dog is during walks and if there are any particular behaviors I should be aware of (i.e. food/toy aggression, stranger wary, etc). Also let me know if you are trying to curb any behaviors, potty train (particularly for puppies) or leash train and what I can do to continue to reinforce this!
A typical day
I will gladly take your dog on walks around the area! Aside from walks, I’ve taken dogs to pet friendly restaurants and dog parks (with the owner’s permission). I can play fetch with your dog if you have a backyard and will also give them plenty of cuddles!

Hi! My name is Sophie and just for a little bit of background on me: 🐾 I graduated from Clemson University with my Bachelors and Masters degree in accounting and am a licensed CPA. I work a fully remote job. 🐾 I have been a pet sitter through rover for four years now, along with growing up in a household with multiple dogs all my life. I also own a cat who I love with all of my heart and am very comfortable/familiar with cat care. :) 🐾 I have fostered puppies and volunteered at numerous animal shelters before I started pet sitting. 🐾 I am the biggest pet lover there is and will always go above and beyond when looking after your fur baby(s). I promise I’ll look after your pets like they’re my own and will always provide you with frequent updates and plenty of cute photos!
