We own our house and have 6 acres. We have a yard in front and in the back of the house, as well as some woods. Our dogs run free on the property but since we do not have a fenced yard, I’d prefer using a harness and a leash for new dogs. But we have a lot of opportunities to get our 10,000 steps in !

Having a senior and a younger dogs, we know that habits are important. Please let us know what your dog is used to and we’ll do our best to accommodate their needs and ensure that they have the best time. Can’t wait to meet them ☺️
A typical day
The minimum in our house is 3-4 walks a day. We usually take our dogs out for a walk first thing in the morning around 7:30ish. Again around mid day, mid/late afternoon and a last pee break at night. We love to mix it up with just puppy play time on the lawn, active walk in the woods or exploring a park in the area. However, we adapt to their needs and listen for their queues. We do not let the dogs unattended outside or inside.

I've lived with dogs my entire life, from dachshund to german shepherds. My husband and I have a 10-year old border collie mix and a 3-year old pointer mix. They both are friendly and playful but never overwhelming.

I left Cheeto with Sophie for 6 days. He had great care and everything was perfect. Great communication, pictures and updates sent daily. He felt like home.
