Hi!! I have a deep love for dogs and have grown up with them my whole life of all ages! I got my first dog in high school and was I was 100% responsible for her and raised her from a puppy until she was 4 years old until I had to go to college and couldn’t bring her with me. I miss her so much so I thought this is a great way to fill that void! I have experience with different breeds as well, and I have dog sat for some of my friends and family in the past!

I have a very pet friendly home with a large couch where your pup could hangout on and take a nap! I can easily put the dog in their crate or just let them hangout on the couch if you’d like!

Sophie was great with Pax. She was clearly a dog lover and took wonderful care of Pax in her home. I received lots of updates and pics — communication was great from beginning to end. This was my first time leaving Pax with a sitter from Rover and Sophie made me feel very confident she would be well taken care of.
Sophie was really great. Even prior to booking she answered all of my questions to help me feel more comfortable and prepared dropping my dog off for an overnight boarding. Sent plenty of picture updates. My dog is high energy and when I got him back home he was sleeping the rest of the day and through the night so Sophie definitely did a great job getting his energy out!

Sophie has cared for dogs since childhood, giving her years of invaluable experience. She even taught her own miniature schnauzer over 20 commands, making the training a fun experience for them both. She is just a naturally responsible person who really gets dog behavior, so I know she’ll do an amazing job babysitting or watching any pet. What makes Sophie stand out as a sitter is how well dogs listen to her. She carries herself with a firm, confident, and calm attitude that dogs instantly respect, which helps them understand boundaries, keeping them well-behaved and entirely at ease while away from their owner. At the same time, she is an awesome playmate and entertainer who knows exactly how to comfort and distract a homesick pooch with fun activities. Sophie loves dogs and took great care of my dog. She would take him on walks and feed him regularly. My dog was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!!

Schedule
I am currently taking summer classes and I have a very free schedule with only being out of the house for 1-2 hours a day.
- 0 to 15 lbs16 to 40 lbsSophie can host up to 3 walks per day
- Let me know if your dogs is good with other dogs on walks or I should avoid them! Also if they don’t like certain things that I should avoid. I want to make them as comfy as possible!
