Hi!! I have a deep love for dogs and have grown up with them my whole life of all ages! I got my first dog in high school and was I was 100% responsible for her and raised her from a puppy until she was 4 years old until I had to go to college and couldn’t bring her with me. I miss her so much so I thought this is a great way to fill that void! I have experience with different breeds as well, and I have dog sat for some of my friends and family in the past!

Sophie has cared for dogs since childhood, giving her years of invaluable experience. She even taught her own miniature schnauzer over 20 commands, making the training a fun experience for them both. She is just a naturally responsible person who really gets dog behavior, so I know she’ll do an amazing job babysitting or watching any pet. What makes Sophie stand out as a sitter is how well dogs listen to her. She carries herself with a firm, confident, and calm attitude that dogs instantly respect, which helps them understand boundaries, keeping them well-behaved and entirely at ease while away from their owner. At the same time, she is an awesome playmate and entertainer who knows exactly how to comfort and distract a homesick pooch with fun activities. Sophie loves dogs and took great care of my dog. She would take him on walks and feed him regularly. My dog was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!!

I am currently taking summer classes and I have a very free schedule with only being out of the house for 1-2 hours a day.

I have a very pet friendly home with a large couch where your pup could hangout on and take a nap! I can easily put the dog in their crate or just let them hangout on the couch if you’d like!
A typical day
I love to go on walks on the Olentangy trail! It’s my favorite! That’s where I would go for a nice morning walk bright and early before it’s gets too hot for the pup! Throughout the day I would give the dog two or three potty breaks as needed and I love teaching dogs new tricks or just do some brain-stimulation games with their toys or hiding some treats in ice or a towel which gives them a lot of entertainment and they always love it :) Depending on what your doggy wants we would either play with their toys or simply just hang on the couch and take a nap whatever suits them best. In the evening another nice walk the neighborhood to end the night is fun or even around Ohio states campus!
