I have worked in the pet industry for 5 years, including working in a vet clinic as a Veterinary Medical Assistant. I am able to handle any behavioral or medical problem your dog may have. I can admisnister any medication as needed. Will also give specialized feeding if necessary. I've done some casual pet sitting for family and friends before. Having had animals all my life and absolutely love them. I know the importance of animals and I'll go above and beyond for the care of your animal(s). I am comfortable working with any breed, size and age of dog. As of now, my schedule is very flexible and will be updating profile of any changes. I am willing to come meet you and your dog before you make the decision to hire me. I want to make sure I am the right match for you and your dog.

Safety, trust & environment
I have an apartment with a cat that gets along with cats and dogs but she'll run away if she feels out of sorts. She is not aggressive at all. I live near by the River Valley, so I have access to beautiful walking trails to take your dog out for nice long walks, or whatever they may be able to tolerate. If you would like your animal crated you would just have to supply the crate. I'm also very flexible going to your home to look after your pet(s), whether it's to just drop by or stay overnight.

Sophie very clearly has a love of animals, shown through her willingness to help us with our kitties who weren't quite getting along when she came for visits during the long weekend. She kept us updated throughout our time away, and made a point to make some recommendations for things for us to try to get them feeling comfortable around each other again. Sophie further made sure to reach out and arrange a meet-and-greet, working us in to her busy schedule despite our short notice. Thanks again!
Sophie was amazing! She kept us updated on our pup throughout the days we were away. We will definitely use her again in the future.
Sophie is wonderful and took great care of our Chibbs. He was nervous and was the first time away from the family but warmed up to Sophie and she made the time enjoyable for all involved.

I'm currently not working at the moment and an online student. Which makes my schedule flexible and I'll be around around your pet at all times.
