As an owner of a variety of pets but the most consistent being dogs, I have had a wide range of experience on how to care for and interact with pets. From ages 10-16 I had my own neighborhood dog-walking service that enabled me to deal with both small and large dogs. I have also had experience in overnight visits in which I provided pet related services involving three large bull mastiffs as well as watching over the owner’s house. As a dog owner myself, I know that your pet is like a child to you rather than an animal, and if you hire me to care for your pet I will provide exceptional services and care for them the way I would with my own dog. I will make sure all detailed protocols for your pet are followed and can crate your pet if needed. I will also make sure your pet is always on a leash when on walks.

Sophie has been dog sitting and walking for me for about 6 years. She is soft spoken, and very responsible as well as respectful. I have 2 labs, and they just love her. She is always on time, as well as keeping me informed with text messages and pictures of my babies. I highly recommend Sophie to care for your animals.
Sophie is one of the most kind, caring, and compassionate pet sitters you will come across. She adores animals of all kinds and is exceedingly patient and loving with them. She is very conscientious in all things she does and is my first choice as a sitter to take care of pets. She loves the outdoors and would be happy to walk a dog in any kind of weather, and is very thorough in care and cleaning of kitty litter and even small animal cages. Beyond basic care, she also takes time to play with dogs and cats in her care to make sure they get enough attention and love. I absolutely trust her as a sitter in my own home.
Sophie has taken care of my dog Charlie many times including overnight. I have never once questioned his safety or if he was relaxed and happy. My dog has severe anxiety issues which is why we do not board home when we go away. If you are lucky enough to get Sophie to take care of your fur baby you will honestly not want anyone else to take on this responsibility. She is kind, caring, has a very gentle demeanor. Charlie, my husband and myself are very thankful for her.

Schedule
I am available for both weekday and weekend visits for drop-ins including feeding, walking, and playtime. I am also available during weekends (Friday-Sunday) for overnight stays.
