Reliable & Loving Dog Walker
I’ve been looking after dogs since I was 14 years old, caring for friends’, family’s and neighbours’ dogs on a regular basis. My experience includes daily walks, feeding, bathing, playtime, and providing lots of attention and companionship. At the beginning of 2025, I travelled to Australia where I looked after multiple dogs through house sits, giving me experience caring for dogs in different environments and routines. I’m a very outdoorsy person, so dogs in my care will enjoy varied walks through parks, trails and green spaces rather than the same route every day. I’m happy to adapt to each dog’s needs, whether that’s long energetic walks for active dogs or slower and gentler walks for older or less mobile dogs. My priority is always making sure each dog feels safe, comfortable and well cared for.

I always prioritise a pet’s safety, comfort and routine whether I’m caring for them in my own home or in the owner’s home. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walking preferences and any specific needs or behaviours. I make sure dogs are walked safely, kept on leads where required, and given plenty of attention and reassurance.

Sophie was brilliant with our dogs, cat and hens! They were very happy and chilled when we returned. The house was clean and tidy and she had even washed all the bedlinen. She looked after plants and seedlings in the greenhouse as well which was a bonus. Highly recommended. Thank you Sophie.
Victor our shy dog, took to Sophie immediately. They both had a lovely time with her and we got photos throughout the day so we could see they were enjoying themselves. Would definitely ask Sophie to sit for us again.
We had a fantastic experience with Sophie, who stayed at our home for two nights recently. She was incredibly responsible and attentive from start to finish, giving us complete peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, she took such great care of our dog, Zeus. It was clear she genuinely cared about him—he was happy, relaxed, and well looked after when we returned. She kept to his routine, gave him plenty of attention, and treated him like her own. On top of that, she left our home spotless. We wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and respectful sitter.
We are so lucky to have found Sophie she is a god send. Boris our cocker spaniel loved her immediately & brought her his soft toy, a sign that he likes someone, it was immediate. Sophie had the knack of really understanding Boris’s character and they quickly formed a bond. Sophie even took Boris for a doggie day out and a new walk which he clearly loved. Sophie carried out all our instructions and the house was left immaculately clean & tidy. We received photos and messages every day, which we loved to receive. We will definitely use Sophie again and cannot recommend her highly enough. Sophie is definitely Boris’s new best friend.
Sophie was a mature young person who put us at ease quickly that she would do a good job while we were away for nearly 2 weeks. Sophie kept us updated with photos, walked our dogs regularly and treated them with great care. It was an added bonus to arrive back to a well- kept home. We would highly recommend her to anyone else looking to entrust their home and pets to her while on holidays!
Sophie has been looking after our Cavapoo for over 5 years now. The wonderful thing about Sophie is she treats all the dogs she looks after like they are her own. She absolutely loves animals especially dogs and we never worry when Sophie is looking after dizzy when we are away. We know dizzy is in the best hands ever. Sophie even picked up on the fact that our dog was limping one year and thought it might be arthritis. Our vet confirmed this and arthritis medication was prescribed. I would recommend Sophie to anyone. She’s also a delight to have in your house. She cleans and is so tidy and completely reliable.

Dates de la garde
I’m currently working as a freelance photographer, which gives me a very flexible schedule. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, and I’m often out walking anyway, so I’m looking for some furry friends to join me on my walks in my spare time. This flexibility means I can accommodate different times and adapt to each dog’s routine. Whether that’s regular daily walks or occasional care. With my background in photography, owners can expect regular photo and message updates so you can see how your pet is getting on and feel confident they’re happy and well cared for while you’re away.
