Hello there, my name is Sophie. I just graduated from college last spring and moved to Massachusetts, but I have a dog and cat at home in WV I love and miss dearly. I would love to pet sit or take your animals on walks. In high school and parts of college I volunteered at the human society, so I am capable of walking, washing, feeding, and caring for all sizes of dogs and cats. I have dog sat many times for my friends and neighbors including new puppies, a bunny, and older dogs and cats. I have given animals medicine as well, when instructed how to do it. I am able to train puppies a little bit from my time at the humane society and time spent with my own dog.

I can bathe, feed, walk, play, and check on animals when necessary. I will give the animal all my love and attention and take many pictures for their owners to check up on them.

Sophie was fantastic…definitely booking with her again!
Sophie was so great taking care of our 4.5 month old puppy and our cat! She sent me tons of pictures and updated me along the way. She took poppy on long walks and to the beach to make sure she had plenty of exercise. She was very neat and left the house in great condition. We also booked Sophie last minute and she was able to come over and meet Wilksy and poppy before the wknd. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
Sophie provided regular updates about our pets (dog and cats) as well as many pics of them in our home. Of course, she also took great care of them and followed our detailed instructions. We returned home to happy and healthy pets!
Sophie has once again been a great house sitter and cater for our dog and cats. Sophie follows our instructions, is very communicative and sends pictures often. This is the second time she has stayed with our pets and house, and we’d certainly ask her again and highly recommend her!
Sophie took great care of our dog and two cats (as well as our home) while we were away. She provided pics and communication on a regular basis and went above and beyond regarding the transitions when we left and returned. We would gladly ask her to come again when we need assistance.
We had a wonderful experience with Sophie! Our dogs were well cared for and loved. She had great communication, sent photos, and respected our home. We will absolutely be using her again in the future. Highly recommend her services!
Calendar and availability
Schedule
I have a very open schedule with weekday afternoons and evenings mostly free unless otherwise specified and I own a car. I am happy to drive up to 25 minutes away to dog or cat sit. I like to go on runs too if your animal likes a running buddy.

- Let me know if the animals require any medicine and if there is any special trick or treat to administer the medicine with. Also I would love to know if there is a place that your animal doesn't like to be petted or any other quirks about your pet (my pets have many, like trying to escape outside when given the chance or sitting on your feet if you find the "spot" my dog loves to be petted)
