Hi, I’m Sophie! 🐾 I’m a lifelong dog lover who’s been caring for pups since my own dog, Alfie, was a tiny ball of fluff (he’s now a happy 12-year-old living with my parents!). From bouncy puppies to gentle seniors, I’m confident and comfortable looking after dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I’d love an excuse to spend more time with dogs — whether that’s cuddle time at home, long park walks (just a few minutes from my flat), or keeping them company while you’re busy. My cosy home has a spacious balcony that’s perfect for lounging, and I always make sure visiting pups feel safe, relaxed, and loved. My partner and I both work full-time, but we coordinate our schedules so that one of us is always home during the day. That means your dog will never feel lonely here — they’ll get plenty of attention, walks, and playtime, and will be treated just like part of the family.

Sophie was amazing! She looked after my little Dulce for the night and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Sophie was really flexible around times and kept me posted on Dulce’s night. Really lovely! Dulce loved her too!
Sophie took excellent care of our greyhound boy for the day. She followed our instructions for walking & feeding, including giving him his meds. She was very loving toward him and very clearly loves dogs :) would not hesitate to recommend her and hopefully he can stay again in the future!
I couldn’t recommend Sophie more! I had never left my dog Mochi with a sitter before, so I was naturally feeling nervous—she’s a very anxious dog! But she warmed up to Sophie so quickly and had lots of lovely walks and hugs with her! I’ll definitely be going back to her again. xxxx
Sophie was an amazing host, she was great with pumba and he had a wonderful stay. She was so accommodating with timings and pickups we are very happy. I would highly recommend 10/10.
Sophie is brilliant with dogs! She loves all animals and adores our Cavalier who we have had since he was a puppy and is now 13. She is patient, kind and tolerant. She understands doggie language and the need for exercise and love. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her.

Schedule
My partner and I both work full-time, but we stagger our schedules so that one of us is always working from home. That means your pup will have company throughout the day, with plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles built into our routine. We genuinely love having dogs around, and I also enjoy a bit of basic training - so if your pup is still learning sit, lie down, or other simple cues, I’m happy to help reinforce good habits.

Safety, trust & environment
At my home, your pup will be safe and comfortable in a secure flat with multiple locked access points from the street. Our balcony is fully enclosed and safe for lounging, and we live in a quiet, dog-friendly area with plenty of lovely parks nearby for walks. Inside, dogs have free rein to relax, play, or cuddle up, and I make sure they feel part of the family. If I’m caring for a dog in their own home, I’ll always stick closely to your routines and preferences - from feeding times to walk schedules - so your pup feels happy and settled in their familiar space.
A typical day
I love both the active and the relaxed sides of pet care. If your pup is energetic, we’ll head to the park for fetch, long walks, or a good run around. If they’re more of a homebody, we can work on fun tricks, play with toys, or simply curl up on the sofa together for some quality cuddle time. Whatever their personality, I’ll match their energy so they feel happy, entertained, and loved.
