Hey there. My name is Sophie. I’m am well experienced in dog sitting and care for exotic animals, and have met some wonderful people and pets along the way. My main services are daycare and boarding in my own home but I can provide training at a cost. I have worked as a vet tech previously, so I have a medical background and professional experience . I’ve also worked previously for a kennels and cattery in sheerness. Specialising in bully breeds, all breeds are welcome and catered for. I am also DBS checked and have a clean record.

Sophie looked after our chow chow and was extremely professional, she greeted our dog with a gentle approach and let him decide when he wants attention. She understood his aloof traits and took good care of him with regular updates whilst I was away. Sophie also took good care of the house and kept everything very clean. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a house sitter to take care of your pets and I will book Sophie again when I go away and finally it’s good to find someone that takes good care of my dog that whilst I was away I was able to relax.
If I could rate 10 stars, Sophie totally deserves it because she is just the perfect sitter and the best one we’ve had since we’ve used Rover for our Leo. Sophie looked after Leo for two weeks, she provided regular updates on WhatsApp with photos and videos. She was very accommodating and really spoiled Leo during his stay with her. She was so kind to provide him with home cooked meal as well as wash him. We are so grateful for the love and care she has given Leo, she genuinely cares for dogs and really goes above and beyond. Thank you so much for looking after Leo while we were on holiday. You are a godsend to us and we appreciate you a lot. We will be booking again in the future 🐾🥰😘
Sophie was great with our dog, Bonnie. She was very patient with her, and she understood her needs including administering medication. We were kept up to date with lots of photos and messages. Bonnie was walked with Sophie’s dog and they got on well. We’ll definitely book Sophie when we’re away again if she has availability
Sophie looked after Leo for the afternoon and he already felt at home with her and her dog Rocky. She’s very accommodating, has lots of experience with caring for different breeds and is simply an amazing dog sitter! Great first stay! I couldn’t be any happier with Leo being in her care and will be using her services again very soon. Thank you so much for looking after Leo today. 🐾

Sophie provided a wonderful day-boarding experience for Rocky at her own home. We were immediately put at ease seeing that her space is perfectly set up for dogs, complete with baby gates for safety and all the proper equipment. She is very knowledgeable about dogs, and it shows in her calm and firm demeanor, which Rocky immediately responded to. Her communication was top-notch—she provided regular updates and photos that gave us total peace of mind. She also had a plethora of her own treats and toys that kept Rocky entertained and happy the entire time. I cannot recommend Sophie enough and will definitely be using her services again!

Your pets come first! , I work from home part time so my schedule is free to spoil your pets with time,attention, lots of play and exercise.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced garden which is about 60 ft long with natural grass and foliage. I have baby-gates that cover the stairs in my home to prevent any accidents. Your dog will be watched at all times. I have a basket of toys that your pet is welcome to play with whilst staying with us. I have my own very friendly 2 year old Labrador at home who accompanies me on walks but any dog that is incompatible I will leave him at home or walk them separately. All dogs who board must be vaccinated and flead/wormed recently to keep everyone safe and happy who is in my care.

A typical day
A typical day is an early walk before 12, I walk dogs at various woods and forestry sites across Kent, I am local to danson park so we visit regularly. Tennis balls, sticks and swimming is commonplace for us, after minimum 30 mins of exercise I will spoil your pet at home, if they get dirty from a walk, grooming is available with service. Later in the day there are play sessions indoors or outdoors depending on the weather, but otherwise treats , food and relaxation for your pet.
