I am a current pre-medicine post-bac student, I volunteer at a homeless shelter and animal shelter, and I do research in the Emergency Department. Note: for boarding on weeknights with pickup Tuesday-Friday morning, pickup needs to be scheduled prior to 8:30am.

A typical day
Most of my time is spent studying and working so pets usually take lots of naps in my quiet apartment. I enjoy going for longer walks with pets on the weekends and playing with them!

Pet care experience
I have had 4 rescue dogs all with with either abusive backgrounds or extensive time living on the streets (none of whom currently live with me). I am comfortable walking large dogs up to 100lbs or multiple dogs at once. I have also trained 2 of my younger dogs and am happy to reinforce your dog's training while they are with me.

Sophia is AWESOME. I have leash reactive grand Pyrenee rescue everyone in neighborhood is afraid of. Dog goes NUTS around other dogs when on leash.Sophia is only one he walks on leash with and doesn’t go crazy with because she figured out how to help him by not pulling/choking him or panicking. Neighbors like Sophia too since dog acts less crazy on walks when she’s around.
Sophia is the biggest dog lover in the world and it shows in how she is around my dogs. Sophia and the dogs are so happy when she shows up for walks. She has taken care of them for years while she was in college and I am sorry to see her graduate and move away. She is THE most responsible person, always punctual, communicates right away when I reach out to her, and is so conscientious about following instructions, and is just very sweet and gentle with the dogs while at the same time knowing how to handle them. I trust her completely!
