I currently am not working full-time and have a very flexible schedule. I have two cats at home and would prefer to not House Sit more than a couple times a month to be able to spend plenty of time with my own pets. I’m happy to work with pet parents individually depending on scheduling needs since my schedule is very flexible :)

For any drop-in, house sitting, or dog walking visits, I like to schedule a meet-and-greet in-person at your home so I can get to know your pet and any logistics for getting in smoothly and safely (i.e., knocking before entering, approaching a certain way, etc.). I also would like to know about any quirks your pet may have before caring for them for the first time so I can be fully informed and prepared before our visit. I unfortunately am not able to provide boarding services since I have two cats at my home that do not get along with other cats or dogs.

A typical day
If you're located in Belltown, I would love to walk your dog along Elliott Bay trail since it’s so close by and I walk there all the time! If there's another walking trail/park nearby (e.g., Volunteer Park in Capitol Hill, Ballard Locks, etc.) l'd love to walk them there. I'm of course happy to take them on whatever route they like best. If your pup likes to go in the water and it’s safe to do so, I’m happy to do that as well so long as they’re experienced with doing that and they have good recall skills! For cats, I love snuggling up and watching a good show or movie together and playing with their favorite toy!

Hi pet parents! My name is Sophia and I would be honored to care for your pet! I’ve had dogs my whole life and recently moved to the area away from my family dog who I primarily cared for. I trained her as a puppy and am now missing her and would love to be able to give your pup some love! I also have experience with walking senior dogs as well as dogs with special needs. :) I am now the proud pet parent to a senior cat and a rambunctious kitten. I’m well-versed in caring for animals of all ages and promise to give your pet the same love, kindness, respect, and care, as I’d give my own. I also have experience volunteering in shelters and sanctuaries, caring for cats, dogs, rabbits, sheep, goats, cows, chickens, roosters, and ducks. Rest assured, your baby will be in great hands!
