I’ve been dog sitting for quite a while and have cared for many different kinds of dogs with a wide range of needs. I have experience caring for senior dogs, including safely distributing and administering different types of medications as part of their daily routines. I’m also working toward becoming a nurse, which reflects how much I genuinely love caring for others, both people and pets. I’m patient, detail-oriented, and attentive, and I bring that same level of compassion and responsibility to every dog I care for. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while giving owners peace of mind.

Schedule
I have a very open and flexible schedule during my days. I’m fully available for walks, drop-ins, extended stays, and giving pets consistent attention throughout the day. Even on busier days, I’m able to provide care before and after my errands and make sure pets stick to their normal routines. I am mostly always home working on my online class so there’s usually not a long duration of time I would be gone on errands.

Safety and trust are always my top priorities when caring for pets, whether in my home or in a client’s home. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, needs, and any specific instructions so they feel comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care guidelines closely, including feeding schedules, walk routines, medication instructions, and house rules. I make sure doors and gates are secure, keep pets in safe areas, and maintain a calm, clean environment. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, pet-friendly space with close supervision, plenty of attention, and a comfortable area to rest and play. I’m careful about monitoring behavior, limiting exposure to hazards, and adjusting care based on age, energy level, or health needs. I also believe communication is extremely crucial, so I provide regular updates and photos to keep owners informed and confident that their pets are well cared for.
A typical day
A typical day starts with a good sniff around the yard or block to let everyone stretch their legs, followed by breakfast and some one-on-one cuddle time. Throughout the day, we mix in fetch or tug-of-war, a midday walk to burn off energy, and plenty of belly rubs on the couch. I like to keep things easygoing and follow each pet’s natural rhythm; active play when they’re up for it, and quiet downtime when they need to rest. Every pet goes home tired, happy, and well-loved!
