Hello neighbors and fellow pet lovers! 🐾 I’ve spent 10+ years working in my family’s dog spa and grooming shop, where I learned far more than just brushing and bathing. Grooming gave me hands-on experience with dog health, behavior, and safe handling which are skills I still use every day. From tiny 5 lb pups to gentle giants over 150 lbs, I know how to walk, manage, and care for dogs of all sizes with safety as my #1 priority. I tune in to dogs’ moods and temperaments, as the groomer can often be where pets feel most vulnerable. I know when to give space, when to encourage, and when extra love is needed. My drop-in visits won't be just feed and go. I'll make sure your pet gets real attention, playtime, and comfort while you’re away. As someone who recognizes the extensive care and commitment that dog ownership requires...I'm a cat owner! Yes, they're lower maintenance which is great for me, but doesn't mean that they don't require love and attention as well. I've owned and cared for cats my entire life and would love to care for your kitties, spicy or sweet (I've had both). Special perk for repeat clients: On your second booking (drop ins only) I’m happy to include a free nail trim (for dogs and cats who are comfortable with paw handling and have no history of nail-related aggression). I find it’s best to wait until after the first visit so your pet has time to get to know me. I have over a decade of experience trimming nails and help keep my neighbors pup and my own cats looking paw perfect!

Sophie is such a natural --at caring for dogs as well as people. When I had a sudden death in my family, she stepped up to cover every day I needed, with kind words, extra help and collaboration when we required it. She is now close friends with my poodle, and a warm, reliable friend to me. My dog learns everyday from Sophia!
I’m so happy Sophia has decided to pursue Rover as a caretaker! She has always been a very trusted person to take care of my dog, Ivy. Ivy lights up when Sophia comes over to take Ivy on walks. Ivy is always very well taken care of when Sophia helps me out. She abides by my rules for Ivy’s food, treats, and walk routine. Schedule
I work as a local travel nurse, in between contracts I have full availability. Hours are from 8am-10pm for walks and/or drop ins every day of the week. My profile will be set as "Away" or days and times specified when I am working on contract.
