I have been sitting with Rover for nearly 15 years. My dog, Cooper, passed November 2025. I’m not ready for another dog yet so I continue sitting in New York and around the world.

Sophia took great care of Gary and was very accommodating of his needs (medication and activity restriction). I would happily book with her again!
Sophia was wonderful with my 16.5-yr-old Shichon Rocky. He has health issues and was very barky and agitated during his stay with her, but she was kind, accommodating and patient every step of the way. She sent me pictures and videos daily, along w updates on how he was doing. She also diligently gave him meds his everyday. Would highly recommend her, and would happily leave Rocky w her again.
Sophie was a fantastic sitter! Sent a lot of pictures, was friendly, and communicative throughout. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I work fully remotely for a non-profit music organization, which means my schedule is incredibly flexible. Your pet will have my company throughout the day, and it would be very rare for them to be left alone for more than four hours at a time.

For me, pet care is all about keeping your pet safe, happy, and loved while giving you total peace of mind. I stick strictly to your normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I'll send you plenty of photo updates along the way so you can see how much fun we're having, and I always treat your home with the utmost respect.
A typical day
Since I work from home, a typical day is completely customized to your pet. For active dogs, we’ll take regular breaks to play fetch and burn off some energy. For more laid-back pets or seniors, they can lounge comfortably right next to me while I work. And always with walks and potty breaks throughout the day.
