I’ve taken care of a variety of dogs for 10 years. I have lots of experience with large/giant dogs, senior dogs, and puppies. Previous dog owners have been satisfied with my dog walking, house sitting, bathing, and medicine administration. I love them like they are my own.

Sophia is a wonderful dog caretaker. She has watched my beloved dog Pickle for the past three years on and off while we have been at Eckerd College (dog friendly school). I trust her with taking him out on walks, playing with him, feeding him dinner and breakfast, and she has even given him his medicine when he had a tapeworm! She is simply wonderful and amazing with dogs.
Sophia took great care of my pup while I was away for the weekend. She kept me updated with daily photos and allowed me to have an enjoyable time without worry.
Sophia is a true animal lover with strong mothering instincts. With a background in marine biology, animal studies, marine mammal rescue, and animal fostering she is more than capable of taking care of other people’s pets.

Schedule
Hours available for dog walking are dependent upon the day. I am available everyday for dog sitting and house watching. My work schedule is Thursday-Saturday and Tuesday. I am available every night for overnight dog sitting. I love to bring my work to dog sit, this way after your pup is tired out from playing or walking, we can relax together and they get some cuddles.

I can easily crate your dog if needed. I live in a community with lots of paths to walk, as well as a beach to play at if allowed. When I let dogs out into the yard I make sure to keep a close eye on them (we don’t have any escape artists!).
A typical day
I love to bring dogs to new neighborhoods that have exciting smells and things to see (if allowed by pet parent). I studied enrichment is school so I enjoy creating fun games to engage dogs mentally. I can go on runs with high energy dogs and scratch the bellies of senior couch potatoes.
