Sophia took care of our Havanese, Kainalu, for a little over two and a half weeks while we were away, and she was consistent and dependable the entire time. She stayed at our home, kept everything clean and organized, and made sure Kainalu stayed on his normal routine without any disruption. We got daily updates with photos and videos, which made it easy to see he was comfortable, well cared for, and getting plenty of attention. It gave us real peace of mind knowing he was in a familiar space with someone who actually cared. You could tell Kainalu was genuinely happy and relaxed in every update she sent. She paid attention to the little details, which really made a difference for us. It never once felt like we had to worry while we were away. When we needed to extend our trip by two more days, Sophia was flexible and stepped in without hesitation, which helped us out a lot. Her communication was clear and timely, and she made everything feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish. You can tell she takes this seriously and puts in the effort to do things right, not just the basics. We highly recommend her and would trust her again without hesitation.
